Very, Very Helpful Book indeed Wanted a book that would teach me the process of What the heck actually is a Plant based Diet and a Raw Foods plant based diet. And Why the flip should I even try it ? But this book covers all of these in great and simple detail to understand also touching on other parts of health like thoughts and emotions and how to handle them and how they most certainly indeed play a role on your health. The Road to good and proper health free from negative foods, poor lifestyle habits, and everything else will take longer to reach than the road to poor health.
