I am delighted with this product - my 25 year old slate tiles were dull and left black stains on cloths and mops they now look great and are much easier to sweep and mop. The sealant does exactly ‘what it says on the tin!’

I don’t generally review any products, but the Smartseal Wetlook Finish is the best I have used. And I have used many. I used it on a dark slate pavers, with a roller, the coverage goes a long way, and the finish is amazing, the second coat is even better……great product! 👍.

Easy to apply, i used on rainbow sandstone, 3 coats and the water beads on the surface. I wish it would have made the stone look like it would if drenched ie darker but it does the job

I had a tired grey limestone covered terrace, just an unattractive flat lacklustre affair. I can't comment yet on the longevity of the treatment but application has transformed it. However, a few tips. It's easy to apply by spray; I recommend the Spear & Jackson 5 litre costing around £14. Don't flood the surface, use at least two - better three - very light 'dustings' but, if you can, make very sure that the surface is as clean as possible as the stone sealer will highlight every imperfection not disguise it. Final hint, don't get it on any surrounding areas - plastic patio door sills etc (as did I) or you'll spend ages with solvent removing it!

After much research I tried this and it's perfect. Easy to sponge/roll on, dries quick. Keep adding coats for glossier finis. Btw it goes far.

Good product and the bottle went far covered a stoney wall approx 20ft high x 15ft wide with some left over for touching up. Nice sheen not glossy as we only did 1 coat. But great has really highlighted the colours well

Used this on our riven sandstone patio. I applied this with a garden sprayer and got rid of pools of sealer with a paintbrush. Two coats and it looks great. The colours are brighter with a gentle sheen. Expensive but better than sealers I've used before.

The first time of putting this sealant on parts of it looked like it had been splattered with PVA glue. I purchased their Smartseal Patio Clean Xtreme to take it all off with a powerful jet wash which worked a treat. The 2nd time of putting it on it looked perfect, slabs looked fantastic and I was so proud to show people. BUT after the recent frosts my very expensive slabs look absolutely awful (see pics 2,3 & 4). To say I am angry is an understatement as once again I will have to purchase more Smartseal Patio Clean Xtreme. I will not be putting this product on them again.
