I used to pay to get my face threaded and then I discovered this coil around 10 years ago now. I’ve reordered them throughout the years because it’s a great tool to travel with as well without having to find a salon that threads. I use it on more that just brows but for my whole face where I have hair. It is anymore irritating than getting threaded and is just as thorough. I have saved $$ using this coil tool and specifically this brand.

Where have these been all my life?? I've tried waxing and threading over the years, but love that I can now discreetly remove my facial hair in the comfort of my own home. As far as the pain goes... the first couple times you use it, you can definitely expect pain. Especially around the upper lip. But you will get used to the feeling quickly. Now I actually ENJOY using it! I sit in front of the tv and go to town with it. It's still somewhat uncomfortable on the upper lip, but it's tolerable... and everywhere else doesn't hurt at all. Plus, since I've started using my Bellabe, the growth of the peach fuzz on my face has slowed considerably. This is a great option for women who wish to be rid of facial hair and would prefer to do it on their own. I also love that this includes TWO of them! I can keep one in my purse as well as at home.

I've been using Bellabe for the past 3 years, with good results. I got rid of waxes, which always left a residue on my skin, hard to remove. It is a little painful, but worth it. It doesn't remove all the hair, it leaves the dark hard hair, which I remove with tweezers that said I still prefer it to any hair remover, no mirror needed, it can be done any time hands are free.

truly, I'm not one to run from "necessary" pain. beauty can be painful, right? However this contraption put a torturous spin on hair removal. It feels like the SKIN is being PINCHED off my face! I was sure to use proper technique and more hair broke off than was pulled from the root by far. I read the reviews before buying and thought "ahh the negative reviewers are just wimps. I can handle this". I ordered two I was so confident lol SO WRONG! This device makes waxing compare to a facial massage and I'll take a bikini wax with a smile rather than face this awful, awful thing again. Unless you have nerve damage and can't feel your face, heed the reviews or learn the hard way like I did. To end on a positive note, Amazon made the return super easy.

I was a bit skeptical when I first read about this device. However, I am impressed with this cute, easy to use little springy hair be-gone device. I have used a depilatory, epilator, various chemical hair removers and the "can't ever be without" tweezers. This seems to be the answer to my fuzz, whiskers and sometimes embarrassing aftermath of the aforementioned. Just grab the pretty colored plastic ends of this little spring between the thumbs and forefingers (firmly). Ease into a "U" shape and start slowly easing upward on your face. This is a good time to wear the tense expression, 'cause a firm surface works best. Please be careful. It is a bit bouncy and can get away from you and perhaps bonk you in the eye or on your snout! Yes, it will smart a bit; however, as soon as you move on to another area, the original ouch is gone. Actually, I do not whine anymore when it grabs those hairs right in the middle of my upper lip. Oh, the price of beauty. With this neat little device you can do the twist while you sit and read on your favorite e reader, watch TV, daydream in your favorite chair or watch yourself in the mirror. You can even talk on the phone. Well, it does need to be on speaker! I do recommend, and I give this a 4.5 rating because it isn't absolutely perfect. It can get away from you if you become inattentive. I cannot attest to the longevity because I have used mine for a relative short period of time. (about 2 months) You will never, no doubt, remove every single errant hair every time you do the twist. You will, probably, get rid of those obnoxious whisker-like hairs that sometimes grow on the upper lip at the corner of your mouth and those 3 or 4 very offensive ones on the chin. I have fine, light colored hair on almost all my face (more than I care for); however, I do have a few that are DARK and COARSE and v-e-r-y unladylike on my chin! This little spring with the pretty colored plastic ends really works well for me.

With the proper twisting movement, these work great to remove unwanted hair above my lip.
