MasterPieces 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle for Adults, Family, Or Youth - Butterflies of North America - 19.25"x26.75"

It has different shapes then the average puzzle. The cactus are interesting to see. Not too hard to put together or too easy. The pieces are quite thin. One piece did get damp but the picture stayed glued to the backing.

Would recommend for a more advanced puzzler. I usually watch TV while snappen em together, completing a 1,000 pc in 2-3 nights. This guy however only has 3 types of pieces- all white, writing and cactus. So it's taking more of my mental aquity than a typical puzzle does. I have to keep fighting through conflicting ADHD urges between the challenge and the boredom. Pieces are high quality though, thick and snap together nicely. They're also a decent size for being 1,000 (some 1,000s have tiny little pieces)

I am so glad I chose this one. The pieces were uniquely shaped which gave it a little move of a challenge. The pieces were clean cut and fit well together. I can't wait to select the next puzzle.

Though the mostly white edges seem challenging at first, the excellent random cutting of the pieces made matching shapes quite fun, if a little tedious. Once the edges were all in place, assembling each butterfly was a true pleasure. I am happy with the quality, minimum dust, true no-glare linen surface, and very few "noses" bent. All pieces present and fitting perfectly.My only complaint is that there is no foldout poster so the only picture is the box front. The puzzle arrived in a padded mailer with the box crushed so small writing and detailed butterflies on a tight picture on a crushed box was disappointing and trying.Probably that doesn't happen often and the puzzle is beautiful so I highly recommend it. Lots to learn and enjoy!

Pieces fit wonderfully, this is my first puzzle by this company and it won’t be my last. I have put many brands of puzzles together but I think this is one of the top brands. I did have a missing piece I contacted the company, I’m sure they will take care of this.

A very difficult puzzle to put together, physically, on top of the dense visual challenge (the last part was fine with us). But to do the whole puzzle, getting past the other difficulties mentioned in the headline above - and find a piece missing was a real bummer. We opened the box in a clean studio where it was then assembled. It took about 4 days to complete the puzzle. When we found a piece was missing, we swept most of the studio, moving things around where the piece could have fallen. We are 2 adult artists with no pets, no kids at home to blame a missing piece on!

We do a LOT of puzzles. I purchased this because I live in the Southwest and love cacti. I had planned to frame it. But... the quality is cheap. The pieces were not all cleanly cut, and there was a lot of waste left on the pieces. The pieces fit together loosely, and would pop apart with the least amount movement. Each individual piece's outline was very obvious in the finished product. Also, unlike virtually any other puzzle I've purchased, there was no mini poster included, leaving only the box illustration as a guide.

The quality of the puzzle is excellent. The image is clear and crisp, easy to view, understand what is on each piece, sturdy, and good to handle. It is challenging but not frustrating to work on. you can sit and spend a good amount of time working on it or just spend a few moments passing by and suddenly find one piece and feel satisfied. I rated this 5 stars because overall it reflects better the whole puzzle though 4.9 may be more deserving in that there were 1000 pieces one was a duplicate so one to make it complete was missing. Still it is a fun and entertaining puzzle.

I bought this puzzle as a gift for my husband. He loved it. It was much more challenging than it looked. So many cute squirrels and beautiful bears and animals to find. A well made, lovely puzzle.
