This flask is made of high quality materials and so far has been used several times by my daughter taking hot pasta to school for lunch. My daughter is happy with the temperature of the food when she eats it at lunchtime which is 12.40pm. I add the food when it is piping hot at the latest before she leaves for school at 8.00am. I would urge users to read instructions and heat the flask with boiling water for a period of 5 minutes before adding the food, then quickly sealing the flask. I read some reports that food was not hot enough, but this really has not been an issue for us all. WayEee customer service has been excellent. After a few uses the rubber seal inside the flask had become detached and my daughter had thrown it away thinking it was a large onion ring - WayEee are very prompt at replying to messages and they sorted out a replacement part within a couple of days which I was thought was brilliant as they were not obligated to do so seeing as my daughter had unwittingly disposed of the part. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I bought it for my child to take lunch to school, the food remains hot for long time, good for my kids to eat warm meal. Very important tip is you must fill it with boiling water and keep it for some time to make the inside insulation hot, when your food is ready, just throw away the hot water and immediately pour in the food and close it. The food will remain warm for whole day.

The flask was brilliant my child opened it up when she first got it, (in school) we were expecting warmer. It was a lukewarm. Otherwise then that I feel that it does dissolve the heat quicker then it says. Otherwise then that. It was lovely! Wish the cap was quite a big stronger tho. No leaks!❤️🫶🏻

Update: This broke after 3 months, as amazing as it is, it doesn’t last and unable to get a replacement. I don’t often write reviews but this product is amazing, I just had to share. We use it for my 8 & 10 year olds school lunch’s. I did a trial run at home and food was piping hot 5 hours later and warm after apx 6/7hrs. We put foods such as, shepherds pie, spag Bol, sausage, mash and veg etc in the flask and all have stayed red hot, my son said he even had to blow it to cool down to eat! We always add boiling water for 10 mins before adding piping hot food to it. Couldn’t recommend highly enough 👍👍👍

Item worked well my daughter used it for lunches and said it kept the food warm. Very compact and easy to clean. Had to return the item after less then 3 mo the as the lid compressor button broke and all fell apart. Amazon have been very accommodating and I’ve returned the item.

I love this thermos as it’s not too big and can fit in my work bag and it keeps my soups and anything hot nice and hot for when I’m ready to eat. And the price wasn’t too bad either.

Perfect for daughters packed lunch, she loves sausage and mash in her flask.

I have brought these for my children to use to take a hot lunch to school during the winter months. I have been very happy over the past month of constant use. Both children have said that their meals have been warm/ hot depending on what I have put in. I do fill the flask with boiled water for five minutes prior to use. I have tried a variety of meals including spaghetti bolognese, pasta and sauce, curry and rice, new potatoes with chicken and veg etc. The flask is easy to clean and has so far stayed stain free.
