UPDATE COMMENT: Been a week sleeping on this mattress, all my back, hip, leg pain is gone. Have not felt this good in a very long time. Ditched a 3 year mattress which cost me over $1000 for this one.So glad I did. ( it is Med. to slight firm with a plush pillow top for a comfy feeling) I usually go for a softer mattress. Was concerned this one may be too firm. But it is so nice… best I have ever slept on.I was somewhat fearful of purchasing a boxed mattress. Looked at several. Chose because it had so many great reviews. I am happy to add my positive review to those. I worked hard to remove it from the box and all the packaging. Got to where I heard a hiss … knew I was about there. The mattress seemed to instantly come to life. I waited a few hours. But could not wait any longer. I added bedding and climbed in… I suffer from usual back pain. Was so surprised how quickly laying on this mattress soothed it. It is medium but yet a bit firm with a somewhat overlaying feeling of plushness. Absolutely a dream. LOVE IT!!!!

I purchased this mattress in August 2024 for my 9-year old. It's very comfortable and seems to be very sturdy. It's soft, but you don't 'sink' into it... just perfect for sleeping. My little has been sleeping very comfortably since we got this mattress. Hoping it will last her through high school!

Loved EVERYTHING - except it wasn’t PLUSH as advertised. I’d say it’s more of a light firm or hard medium if that makes sense. Woke up with low back pain every day. I thought it was me until I tried another bed. Also- READ RETURN POLICY!!! When I tried to find out more about returning it they wanted to charge $250 fir restocking!!! I understand- but SHEEEESH!!! Frustrating experience! I like the edge support, I LOVE its not memory foam- no hot sleeping issues which was great. But just too dang hard on my back.

Bought this for my son for college and he absolutely loves it. Exactly what he was looking for a true plush hybrid.

My friend had bought a bed from here and recommended. It is as described. I got a king. I will recommend when it comes to bed, you should try it first. If not, know what kind of bed you may like in regard to the way the bed is design. But in regard to this and getting it. Easy to open and let it do its thing as instructed with allowing it to raise. Will recommend if you get king, might want another person with you for assistance

Not firm at all. It’s 5 inches shorter than the description and 4 inches less wide than its description. I’m in so much pain with this bed and I’m still young. I wish they would honor the warranty because I’m stuck want unhappy

Normally, the best thing about your purchase is not the return of the product. I loved the product but it did not fit my frame. It was a mistake to assume a twin bed mattress fit my twin bed frame. I was so disappointed as the mattresses were delivered exactly as they were supposed to be. Early, in fact. And I was so looking forward to a good night's sleep, as we had already purchased this mattress in Queen and King size, and we LOVE them. So I had to return the Twins. Boo hoo! But the company was amazing and took excellent care of us. Amazon, I had a bit of trouble with but once I connected with the actual company, it was a dream. Would purchase again in a heartbeat from this company.
