This Shake is good .
In first trimester of my pregnancy , I was really sick and didn’t feel to eat. I wasn’t keeping down any food. So My husband searched online and bought this shake and I began drinking it every morning. I Didn’t like the taste of it at first ,then , After while I began to notice that I didn’t feel sick anymore and I was keeping down food . I started liking it , I drank it with oat milk instead of cow milk.

Great protein powder for pregnancy!
I can't speak to whether or not this helps with morning sickness, as my sickness always comes in the afternoon/evenings. But my doctor recommended this specific protein powder (at about 34 weeks) to help baby gain weight. I wouldn't want to speculate on if it works for that, as results are impossible for me to measure. The taste (tahitian vanilla) is great. I can't tolerate many protein powders because they're overly sweet. This one is very sweet, but drinkable. On its own, I prefer the kona mocha flavor. My favorite thing to do with this flavor is add a scoop to a blender with 8-10 oz milk, a banana, and spoonful of peanut butter. Blend it up and it's a lot like a banana pudding shake! It tastes good and is filling. I like that this has the added vitamins for baby, but I take a prenatal as well anyway. I wish I had had this protein in my first 2 trimesters to see if it helped me keep weight on when I was so nauseated. The only con for me is that it's quite pricey. But worth it if I can keep it down and it helps my baby!

Good Smoothie Powder
I don’t know what it tastes like on its own. I also do not know if I am ACTUALLY getting what the package says is contained in the powder, but I noticed no difference in how I feel physically yet (I don’t eat a lot of meat so I need protein). It DOES keep me full for about 2 hours; I am mostly sedentary at my job during the day but feel hungry after the 2 hours. But I also add a whole banana, 2% milk, and two tablespoons of yogurt to my powder, as a smoothie. I have also used water instead of milk and it was still tasty (from the sweet banana). I use a personal travel blender. I divided my powder into baby formula powder storage cups so I could have the powder with me during the day. IF YOU DON’T ENJOY STEVIA, YOU BETTER ADD STUFF YOU DO ENJOY!! I tasted the fake sugar ONCE and I immediately adjusted my yogurt from one scoop to two, now the Stevia is barely noticeable. Nice taste now. Recommend it, at least to try.

Highly recommend!
This stuff is expensive for a smoothie but I really love the flavor! I’m not sure if it helps with morning sickness because I’m just getting it at the end of my 1st trimester. I’ve already battled the worst of my morning sickness, but it’s making me feel great. I usually don’t like eating first thing in the morning, but it really upsets my pregnant stomach to wait to eat. This is perfect to drink before I’m ready for a real breakfast. It fills me up and helps with bloating. I’ve felt so much better about my body since adding this to my diet. It’s great to grab and go in the mornings, or at times when I don’t want a whole meal, but I need something to hold me over and settle my stomach. I mix it with water or oat milk and I love love love the flavor. It’s very vanilla-y. It’s expensive but I will buy more when I’m out and maybe try the chocolate flavor though I’m more of a vanilla girl.

Flavor isn’t the best.
This is my first protein powder so I’m not sure if all protein powders have a weird taste but the first time I had it I followed the instructions I added 1 whole scoop in a little over 8 oz of almond milk. The flavor was horrible I tried so hard to finish it but I couldn’t even get half way so I threw it out because I knew I was going to throw up. I tried it again in 8 oz of almond milk with a half scoop and a few frozen strawberries. The flavor was barely there and I was able to drink it this time. I would suggest to try half a scoop first because the flavor seriously isn’t that good it made me want to throw up. I’m in my 3rd trimester so I’m going to continue to do half a scoop until I finish since I paid $40 and I don’t want it to go to waste. Beware if you aren’t used to protein powders the taste of this might really throw you off but if you’re used to them maybe it won’t. I purchased the vanilla flavor I might consider the chocolate but I wish they had smaller sizes to sample before committing.

I am in disbelief - this really works with morning sickness!
I was skeptical at first, but my nausea during this first trimester has been so bad, I was desperate to try anything. I have been taking prenatal vitamins (which include B6), DHA/omega 3s from fish oil, folic acid, been sniffing peppermint and tea tree essential oils, sipping on hot mint tea - anything that anyone would tell me to take to help with nausea- and nothing has worked. I still wake up feeling like throwing up every morning and the feeling persists throughout the day. When I found this on my Instagram feed, it mentioned helping with morning sickness - the first review video I watched was of this woman swearing by this stuff and how it had cured her nausea, and that was enough for me to buy it immediately. OMG it works! I can't believe it but it really works. I just had it for the first time an hour before going to sleep last night and I woke up without nausea for the first time in weeks?!?!? I am truly in disbelief. The woman in the video review I watched was saying how this was the stuff of sorcery and I would have to agree!!! How could it have cured my nausea so easily when nothing else worked?!?!? anyway I will stop questioning it and just recommend it to everyone. I also am finally able to feel full without feeling like vomiting! It's been so hard to finish my meals and keep food down but this sticks around in my tummy. I love it! I am excited to keep having it during the day and hope it keeps my nausea at bay!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I read reviews but rarely write one, but as a new mom 8.5 months pregnant with my first, I wanted to find a good power for breastfeeding as well as the final few weeks of pregnancy. Especially when some of the nausea comes back, I wanted to make sure I was still getting enough protein. I was excited this brand had good reviews, but really disappointed in the actual product. Smells great I will say that, but the main ingredients are whey protein and hydrolyzed corn protein. So to me there's nothing "holistic" or super natural about this brand. It's just an expensive version of every other protein powder out there but less for your money. I also thought it was way too sweet. The flavor has a artificial sweetener taste to it. Even with only frozen berries, plain tart Greek yogurt, and unsweetened coconut milk the flavor made me more nauseated after a quarter of the smoothie than anything. Of all the things to help with pre and post natal nutrition to find out there, I'm super disappointed in this purchase. I would look for an actual all natural quality brand that isn't just whey and corn, and that is a better value for your money as well.

Tastes Great with Milk. Energy Booster!
This is pretty delicioud. I got this because I wanted to prep my body with the right vitamins for when the time comes to start a family. I noticed no weight gain from this and it's actually helped to curb my sweet tooth. I usually crave ice cream and reeses daily but this shake is so sweet, it satiates the craving without the guilt. I also noticed immediately that my energy increased. The directions state you can add this to a smoothie but, for me, the flavor of the powder was so strong it threw off any smoothie I tried it in. My beloved strawberry/banana became hardly drinkable. I have found though that mixing this with 8-10 oz of milk, a handful of ice cubes and a splash of vanilla makes for a tasty shake; it's like a sugar free Frappuccino. That's my go to for now.
