Love it! I bought this weeks in advance for preparation of Feb 6th start for a complete bathroom remodel that just finished March 6th. Had some other work done throughout the house at the same time. According to my contractor, the cartridge did not work in the system. I contacted Sun Cleanse and they sent a replacement immediately. My contractor said it was a very nice system and easy to install once the replacement cartridge was received. Sun Cleanse customer support contacted me multiple times via email checking to see if the new cartridge worked, how the pressure was and if I was happy with my purchase. They responded quickly to my emails. Excellent customer service. Wish more businesses had that philosophy.I absolutely love the shower head! And the hand held is convenient too. I had a bench installed on the same wall so I need to buy a longer extension from the wall so the showerhead comes out further. Very happy with adding this rainhead system to my bathroom remodel. it's hard to get a good photo in my small bathroom but the product is really lovely and the seller is fabulous. project was delayed for 6 weeks and when I finally opened the box …. missing arm? no problem you will have it ASAP. chrome sent instead of nickel? they replaced ASAP I had everything I needed within 36 hours. Cannot comment on install but my contractor did not complain. I am very pleased with my purchase

Our contractor loved this unit. Very solidly made, and the fact that it came with the temperature regulator made it a really good deal (that part alone is about $100). She said the instructions were very clear, and installation was simple. I love the look, and love that you can run the shower head and handheld unit at the same time (so you can still have warm water spraying on you when you step out from under the shower to shampoo your hair!) The handheld unit swivels so it can spray at several levels. The only downside for me was that I expected the shower head could be easily raised and lowered to accommodate my much taller husband. Not so. The shower head is VERY heavy and needs to be tightened securely or it can swing down and bonk you in the head. So, if you are expecting to just give it a nudge to push it up or pull it down, it doesn't work that way (unless mine is faulty). All in all, love it!

We had noticed we were missing a part, the seller responded quickly & we had our part within a week. We have been using this for over a month . This shower system is very nice, & it looks good on my kohler panels. I love the fact I can adjust the flow of the water. This looks just as good as the over priced systems. Very good buy for the price.Debra

Love the appearance. However the shower head is very heavy and the adjustable arm would not hold. The head keeps dropping down Not happy. For the price this should work perfectly.Adding to my review. The company contacted me with instructions on how to install(we had a licensed plumber install). They said it was normal for the shower head to drop approximately 5 inches after installation. Really? The plumber said this was unreal. We are extremely unhappy with this product and cannot recommend to anyone. Now we have to purchase a non adjustable piece to have the shower head work. This was much more expensive than a shower that did not adjust. I think the company needs to send me a non adjustable head and a refund. I also don't want to have to wait a month for it to come from China.

Very good quality! Looks amazing and has very good water pressure considering it’s a rain shower head. Only bad thing is the head is VERY heavy so trying to keep it faced in the direction you want the water to go is challenging because it falls regardless of how tight you try to make the adjustment lever. Overall a good product, would buy again.
