Will the blade shake when cutting?

I have used mine more times than I can count and have not had that happen. Was very pleased with the durability of it at the price paid.

Can you cut Plexi glass tubing with this?

No. These are made for softer lines and hoses.

where can I get replacement cutting blade ?

I have no idea, however, I would think that buying a new cutter wouldn't cost too much more than replacement blades.

Can I use this pipe cutter as pruning shears (for small branches)?

Probably, but I wouldn't recommend it.
