Spirituality Before Religions, delves deeply into many ideas researched by many brilliant writers and scholars. My ultimate purpose is to synthesize these writings into a comprehensive study of ancient African Deep Thought with Tep Heseb, the Kemetic (Egyptian) process of accurately reckoning by using the correct method of analysis. This clear and concise philosophy guided early humanity into the heavens on earth, while creating a heaven on earth. African educator, Dr. John Henrik Clarke teaches us that to be self-sufficient, people have to see the Creator when they look in the mirror. If not, they will never have a healthy โself-concept.โ He reminds us, โAnytime you turn on your own concept of God, you are no longer a free man or woman. No one needs to put chains on your body, because the chains are on your mind. Anytime someone says their God is ugly and they release their God and embraces someone elseโs God, there is no hope for their freedom until they once more believe in their own concept of the Deity.โ1Dr. Alvin Boyd Kuhn says, โNo matter how emotionally, how fanatically the worshipper pours out adoration to a person in objective life, the work of his own evolution is not accomplished until he effectuates the ultimate divinization of the nuclear potentiality of deific fire within his own self-controlled area of consciousnessโ Dr. Kuhn continues his thought, โThe balanced forces of human uplift would be thrown into immediate chaos if it were in the end possible for a man to achieve his apotheosization (deification of a person) vicariously, or in any other way than through his own effort. Man was provided from the start with the presence of a unit of divine fire within the heart of his own way to the goal of glory. All efforts are driven towards the cultivation of the God within man.โ These are the main points I will make in Spirituality Before Religions: Spirituality is Unseen Science, Science is Seen Spirituality. Tep Heseb is a major Kemetic (Egyptian) concept that can be interpreted to mean, โAn Accurate Reckoning by Using the Correct Method.โ We must analyze the Kemetic (Egyptian) writings by using the method applied by Africans for Africans in Africa. There are Two (2) Laws of Cosmic Spirituality 1st Law โ Love and Respect the Creator within you; know you are the Creator having a human experience. 2nd Lawโ Love and Respect the Creator in Nature the same way you love the Creator within yourself. The purpose of โSpirituality Before Religions,โ is to demonstrate that humanityโs earliest ideas about spirituality originated in the minds of human beings conceived, born, nurtured, sustained, educated and civilized in the Great Lakes Region in Central/East/South Africa. The Great Lakes Region includes countries we today call Kenya, Uganda, Tanganyika, Congo, and Southern Africa. After these ancient scholars perfected their worldview, they then traveled north, south, east, and west along ancient river systems, developing civilizations in harmony with Nature on the African continent. Over time, they explored the Earth and laid the foundations for all other ethnic stocks and cultures world-wide. As we enter into the Age of Aquarius, we must recognize that it is the Age of the Feminine Principle. There is an indirect and direct relationship between Black Holes, Worm Holes and White Holes in the Cosmos with the Womb of the WombedMan. Black Holes can be compared to the Placenta connected to the motherโs uterine wall, that attracts, captures and sends life through the Umbilical cord that sustains the fetus, through the navel connection. The future wealth of the earth is going to be Solar Power. The energy derived from the light, heat and sound energy of the rays of the sun will advance human technology back to where Kushites had developed thousands of years ago. Review: Educational and Transformational - This booknis filled with the knowledge that WE need Review: One of the best book purchases I've made - This book was everything I needed and more. Extremely well-written and grounded in its communication + easy to follow and understand. The author articulately guides the reader through ancient spiritual concepts and seemlessly connects it to scientific concepts we know today. Though the subject matter is dense, it's written in a way a layperson can understand which I think a lot of books like this forget to do. I have a science background and I'm a student of African spiritualities, so it's nice to come across a book that I can recommend this book to friends and family. I'm sum, this book has been one of my favorite purchases and gets my personal recommendation!

Very profound!
I have been following Dr. Kamene for a few years now. His insight and informative research never disappoint. Learned a lot in my first read through. There are a lot of great references to other books as well which honestly is one of my favorite things about this book (the fact that it references so many other books). Dr. Kaba Kamene is a great educator who exhibits a firm understanding of the Ancient esoteric mysteries hidden within the writings, myths, rituals, and symbolism of our Ancestors. But, not only this, as mentioned, he introduced you to many other authors that are privy of this ancient wisdom. And he includes his personal teaching curriculum with lost of recommended reading material to boot! This is more than a book, it's a potential personal guide. Very well done!

Essential Reading
My journey of Self Knowledge began over a decade ago. I could not possibly enumerate the multitude of lectures, articles, and books I've read on that journey. This book is without a doubt among the absolute finest. I expected some dissemination of theological knowledge with complimentary philosophy pertaining to the ancient African's idea of religion. What I got was an intermingling of those themes along with historical data, a plethora of references and reference material that was wonderfully expansive, and extremely elucidating. This is an extremely well written, well researched tome which is as dense as lead (very little fluff to speak of). I now understand ancient African history as well as their spirituality better than I'd ever hoped before reading this most wonderful book. If you are black, and on the journey of Self Knowledge like me, Spirituality Before Religions is an absolutely essential stop. Hotep, and good reading.

Evolution of science and nature
I like how we evolved as human beings, from it being just living organisms in the water and land. I see how there's some truth in lies when it comes to knowing the difference of an ape, or gorilla, or "homoapiens" - probably not saying that right. But according to America they say we came from apes when really, that is impossible when we came from the birth of our human-mothers from a human father. I like how the umbilical cord represents a plug for the baby to stay alive in the womb. I didn't know it has a vein in it and helps the baby breath oxygen, through its organs and give it blood supply. It explains to me why babies end up having to stay for a while at the hospital because the umbilical cord been cut off.

Human Evolution Story
Good book but the human evolution theory that we had tails and came from apes doesnโt apply to melanated people, it applies to Caucasians because thatโs where THEY come from, not us, they should have studied genetics before writing that information.

Which Science?
Fascinating overview of Egyptian Pyramid & Coffin texts & Shabaka Stone. Not so fascinating to compare it to current Gravity Theory (Gravity as Primary Cosmic force) aka Einstein Theory, which is a Failed theory, as the Webb images have forced Michio Kaku & an increasing number of scientists to admit the Einstein/Gravity Theory model has Failed to match the Observed Universe. The Electric Universe Model DOES explain Universe accurately & these are it's proponents: (& their books): IMMANUEL VELIKOVSKY (Earth in Upheaval), WALLACE THORNHILL & DAVID TALBOTT (Thunderbolts of the Gods, The Electric Universe), DONALD E SCOTT (The Interconnected Cosmos). If author collaborated with these Accurate Science scientists, via their open collaboration of the ThunderboltsProject.info & in their Conferences, YouTube videos & the SEE THE PATTERN (YouTube) videos - then Science in the Pursuit of Truth can continue to occur. EU Theory proponents are available to defend their theories and collaborate with anyone and this author may find incredible acceptance and support, even verification of his ideas. The only parts of the book that don't make sense to me are the references to False/unproven Theories of black holes & dark matter. All things that stem from Incorrect Gravity Theory. In Thunderbolts videos,Wall Thornhill explains how over time, mathematicians created, and bent math to match the Einstein/Gravity model, instead of accepting that it's incorrect. It would be interesting if this author rewrote this book with a more accurate (more provable, more predictable) Electric Universe Cosmology in mind. It seems the EU model & Cosmology has more in common with the Khemet Cosmology, than any other.

Very Impressive
I recently began reading The History of the first council of Nice by Dean Dudley but felt I needed to back up a bit. Brother Kaba's book has filled in a lot of holes and I have only finished the 2nd Chapter. It's an amazing piece of literature and Kaba did a great job of adding reputable scholars. I have heard many of his lectures so I knew some of his views on the subject. I can't wait to finish this book as there is so much History I don't know.

Amazing Book
One of the best books I have read regarding the origins of life on earth. I feel as though I went through some sort of spiritual awakening. This is one of those books that must be read by every black person. African Philosophy and science are two sides of the same coin, the original Scientists were African.

An eye opener
Kaba is one of our finest. I must say, that to fully benefit from this volume. You must 1st understand or at least accept certain concepts of African spirituality to fully relate to what is being present here. I am still digesting it. Since I come from a Christian background.

Must Read Book !
This book gives such an informative outlook on African spirituality. Along with the rich history of dynasties that had plagued pre colonial Africa. As someone who is deconstructing from religion, to know that I had already carried some of the characteristics of true spirituality under the African lens (or what is called Ma'at) was such an eye opener along with immense relief. Kaba, your words are truly shaping my conscious & I'll continue to listen, learn & repeat every word you & any elder can feed my sponge of a brain. Thank you.
