FANTASTIC!!
The Gundam Barbatos was a great build. I purchased this with a kit of tools to build it. the build process to about three days but thats because i made sure to space it out over a few days otherwise id have built it in a night and over indulged myself. clipping all the parts out and prepping them was fun and easy the instructions being very helpful though i will say that the arm joints are little delicate. be sure to purchase a small gundam tool kit to build it. the range of motions are great and posability is amazing. as this was my first gundam build in about 15 years it was a great experience. down side is that the armor on the back of the hands are easy to lose and pop off easy. that could be due to a mess up on my end i admit but it something to keep an eye out for. and the head crest definitely needs a small dab of super glue to keep it in place otherwise its a perfect model 9.5 outta 10 in my book.

Incredible Master Grade
This is simply one of the very best Master Grade Gunpla available. It is a solid build and the articulation is superior to most MGs. The build time is average but fun and involved and if you like working pistons on a mech then this is that mech! There are three main weapons (mace, long sword, cannon) mace and cannon also have smaller weapons gimmick for more display capability. The Barbatos does not have all the drama of other Gundam frames that sport huge wings or dragoons but it's simplicity is it's beauty. You can also add some stickers or panel line for more depth but the frame itself is already beautiful even without it. if there is one weakness the hands are a bit tricky to hold the mace due to its design but if you align it correctly it will hold the weapons well and strong. The articulation will allow for very dramatic poses like that of the anime. Highly recommended! Price was fair for this level of results.

Best gunpla model
I've built 3 Gundams, and this is by far the most fun of them all. The pieces are sanely sized, the articulations and secondary movements are well designed. This is mostly due to how the Gundam was designed in the show, with exposed hydraulic pistons and a skeletal waist. The designers also avoided ball joints almost everywhere, instead opting to stack more reliable pin joints. This is especially noticeable in the wrists, and it makes them way more solid than other models. On top of all that, you get to build this Gundam twice: once for the internal skeleton, and a second time with the armor. I almost want to buy a second one of these and keep it in just the skeletal form, where you can see all the intricacies of the inner design. It's not perfect: the backpack is kind of a mess, and is very hard to articulate without it falling apart. The design of the cannon is accurate to the show but very dumb for posing, there's no real good way for the model to hold it.

Just buy it, you really won't regret it.
The kit really doesn't leave anything to be desired in my opinion, it's a solid kit that does everything it needs to do. It's relatively easy construction with a highly detailed inner frame to assemble and highly articulated so there's nearly no pose that this kit can't pull off. There are only 3 color foil stickers for color correcting however two are not needed as they are for the eyes and the third for the gun camera. Optional stickers are included for more detail if wanted. The plastic is great to work with including for painting and customizing. However, the biggest thing is the fact that it can actually hold up its own weapons unlike most of the other 1/100 kits of this mobile suit which cannot. Even better it can hold up the 1/100 Lupus Rex's mace with no problem something that the rex fails completely at. The only gripe I have with this kit is the lack of detail on the white armor and the bulkiness of the shoulder armor, however, that's due to my personal taste and can be fixed by scribing and customizing the armor. All in all, I love this thing and I don't regret buying it at all.

I am a satisfied customer
It looks amazing, has a ton of little moving segments, and even has a little Mika to boot. It is, however a pain in the but to pose, and for some reason they put a damn c-clip connection on the foot-toe section so it can come loose quite easily. Definitely a shelf piece and not for harsh play/repeated posing, hence the four stars. Honestly though id still fully recommend it even if it’s a bit fragile in some areas, the build was really fun and it still looks really, really good. Just be careful with it and it should be just fine.

Barbatos Looks Amazing......
This is probably my favorite gundam so far. Barbatos wasn’t a favorite for me at first but as I watched more IBO the style grew on my so I got this model and love how it came out I’m not even done yet I still need to do the back part and weapons but I wanted to write a review because I love how this guy looks and I did some touch up painting on the yellow my personal opinion but gold looks good with it. But one downside to this is I lost one piece and couldn’t continue so aggravated I bought another one just for one pieces so I have pretty much a brand new box with extra pieces if anyone needs any I’m willing to sell em off lol if I can get piece 7 from runner C I can build another model :( but overall happy with both purchases. I’m a beginner this is like my 3rd master grade. And I also built like 5 SD models but it’s pretty easy to me just need patience and don’t force anything.

Satisfying Build, Stunning Results: A Must-Try MG Kit
A Near-Perfect MG Kit Experience (4.5/5) This Master Grade kit is hands down one of the most enjoyable builds I’ve ever tackled. The engineering is exceptional — every part fits together seamlessly, showcasing the precision and thought put into its design. What really stood out to me was the level of detail. This was my first time attempting scribing and panel lining, and this kit made it feel worth the effort. The finely molded lines and surfaces offer a fantastic canvas to enhance with panel lining, though I did find myself spending quite a bit of time to do it justice. The build took me about two weeks to complete at a relaxed pace, as I generally don’t rush my model kits. Throughout the process, I was consistently impressed by how well the components came together and how satisfying it was to see the final form take shape. If I had one critique, it would be the decals — while they complement the model nicely, I wish they had been more intricate to match the overall complexity and elegance of the design. On the positive side, this kit is extremely poseable. It offers a wide range of dynamic options that really bring the model to life once completed. Whether you're displaying it in a neutral stance or going all-out with action poses, it holds up beautifully. Overall, this MG kit is a fantastic addition to any Gunpla enthusiast’s collection. With excellent part separation, sharp details, and impressive articulation, it’s a strong 4.5 out of 5 for me.

Awesome!
Such an awesome kit to build. I’d recommend this for any gundam lovers or beginners. I know Master Grades and gundam can be intimidating but this one is we relatively simple and a blast to build. Would recommend

Un must have

MfG
