"Dirty" ceramic pads
I replaced my OEM brake pads electively as they were "carbonizing" my Audi S5 wheels excessively. I had used Akebono ceramic pads on a previous Audi S5, and had literally no carbony residue on the wheels with 30k miles of wear. These "ceramic" TRW pads were of coarser machining, (but acceptable), but produce a fine clinging carbon/rubber deposit on the wheels within 3-400 miles. The deposit persists after 2K miles of brake-in. They grossly looked & behaved as though they are not pure ceramic. I will replace with Akebono first chance

Edit: not sure what happened but the second time I ordered, the seller sent me used item. It's very obviously used. Also, it was missing the new tire pressure monitor plug and anti-squeek grease.The first one was great, original box, brand new, and all, parts plus some more stuff.This one came in Centcom box with bunch of missing parts, and used. So disappointed.Original review:Cheapest price online. It's really good quality pads. TRW is european manufacture for a lot of the car companies.The initial bite is gone, but the squeeking is gone too. The stopping power is more progressive now, and it does stop well with good pressure on the brake pedal.I mentioned you on Audi forum, so you should get more orders shortly. You're welcome.good job.

Great brake pads for you Audi A4 B8
I have 12 Audi A4 B8 QuattroBefore purchasing this product, I looked at other brands like ATE, Akebono, etc.Decided to try these, I like how my brake pads sit on my rotors, very quiet, almost no dust at all !Highly recommend !

Great pads for money,no sensor!!!!!!
TRW is a very good brand,but in my case I’m not really happy with it.A lot of dust in the wheels, no difference from regular oem pads.Great stopping power.Come with no sensor!!!!

Package came with NO sensors.
The pads look pretty good but the package came with NO sensors and I have my appointment today at the shop. I'm not even sure if it's a good idea to leave the old ones.

Not compatible. Even though they said it would be.
Product said it was compatible with my car, turns out the brake pads only work with the version that’s a year older than my car. 2013 Audi Q5. Was not the correct year from the mechanics standpoint.

So far these seem to be good brake pads I've had zero problem with them for these past 5 - 6 months on my 2012 Audi A4 Quattro. Set came with pad sensors and the braking performance is just as good as the OEM pads previously on it. Would highly recommend great pads !
