I love Farro in salads and a warmer weather is here in the desert southwest, this is a great choice for the basis of a salad with fresh veggies. This grain to me is so much better tasting than Quinoa (which I totally don't like). This particular brand of Farro, being organic, will always be my choice to purchase.

fraudulent description
This is fraudulently advertised. Says package of 6 and .10/oz. I got 1 package which worked out to be $1.60/oz which is not only fraudulent but exorbitant. Requested a refund since it can't be returned. don't buy

This is one single box of farro. Don't let the description fool you.
I never would have order this item had I know it was one 16oz box of farro. In a couple of places in the description of this item it said "Alessi Organic Farro, All Natural, 16 Ounces (Pack Of 6)" Even the price per ounce was based on the pack of 6. What is with that???Just downright deceptive. Buyer beware.
