At first I did not care for the scent but it is a pleasant, salty, beach smell that is very clean smelling. When I noticed the mosquitoes were around more often, I would lite it but did not realize until later that the mosquitoes stay away when I have this candle lit.

My husbands new favorite candle and I like it too! I reviewed the 4 piece mini set that included this scent so I could test them on my hubby. He's picky. Every time he came in, he would say, that smells good! So I knew I had a winner!To me is smells like scented salt water. Not in a bad way either. It's got a very pleasant scent and I can smell it throughout the house when I'm burning it.Burns great and clean. ALWAYS remember to trim the wicks! Trim it when you first get the candle and then trim every time you go to burn it. This is a great summer candle. It has a clean and refreshing scent that is very welcoming and not too overbearing. This is my second candle from OOCC and I am becoming a fan. The candle is a blend of soy and paraffin wax and has a slow burning lead free wick. I purchased this candle about a month ago and with daily use I still have about 1/3 left. Remember to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting every time and it will continue to burn just right. I recommend this candle to anyone wanting a candle with a fresh clean scent.

the price is what got me so i took a chance. they smell ok. cant say it wil fill ur room with the scent . i was a little disappointed that once u lit the candle that the scent did not fill the air. i had bought 3 others with this order and each of them are pretty much the same. there terrible , but they are not great. Spend the extra money for a Yankee candle. At least i have a whatever mug once im done with he candle.

I have ordered several candles from this company. I have liked all but one and I'm not sold on this one either. It does smell as the name describes, but just not quite what I had in mind. It smells like a combination of salt and sand. That doesn't do it for me, but it might for others. I personally think it smells a bit like a burnt smell. It's ok, but I like some of their others better. It would probably be great for a pool house or something like that.

I originally bought a sample pack of candles from this company and thought this scent would most likely be my least favorite, spoiler alert: it wasn't. This is such a pleasing smell and its so hard to describe. Whatever it is, it's like crack to my nose so now I constantly have to have one burning, and they last so long! Over a week of burning it every night for hours on end.
