Good flavor-no caffeine and little sugar.
These are a handy, low impact way to make drinking water out on the job more pleasing and more likely. If you’re like me, plain water just sits there. I won’t drink it unless intensely thirsty. With these, I split one tube between two 16.9 oz bottles. I’m much more likely to drink the water and stay hydrated. They aren’t super sweet, and don’t have the negative effects of caffeine later in the day. Taste is good.

Pretty yummy drink
I bought them for my husband for using on his construction job and decided to try one. It was really tasty with no aftertaste.

More thirst-quenching than water; especially good after blood donations (where I discovered them) and hangovers. All variety pack flavors are good.

Good variety pack. Highly recommend strawberry lemonade. The other flavors are pretty basic. Not at all salty.
