This is one of the few supplements I can actually report real effects were felt. Just after the 2nd day! This Musli Extract has been consumed for 6 days straight now, one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. No wired or euphoric high but a natural surge of mild to moderate energy felt throughout the day. Does not interfere with sleep. It’s a smooth, clean, light energy that I would guess has even increased a bit over the last few days. For the record, this has not been tested in the gym (I am not currently working out). I do however have a very physically demanding job where I am normally exhausted at the end of the day. I have noticed I am not nearly as tired (both during the work day and after) these past few days. This extra energy has allowed to complete some projects at home that I have been procrastinating finishing due to my tiredness. I am excited to continue using this product to see what it has in store for me.

I'm being an honest here. I took these for a week and noticed no energy increase. Actually caffeine helps me more. That being said maybe I'm unusual and NutrastanXP works well for other people. We are all different. So I'm keeping an open mind here. I'm rating this 3 stars. This supplement may benefit others in a very positive way.

Yes. A male vitality and anti-lethargy boost (been using for four days). I'm hoping I don't build a tolerance to this because right now I'm enjoying positive results. This is not "drug-induced" euphoria or sweaty, buzzy energy - but rather just seems to be a moderate, healthy energy boost and a general positive outlook that comes with that. One capsule a day as instructed . . . no detectable negative side effects.

I assume you know the claimed benefits of musli, so I won't get into them here. I'm a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because: a) I don't have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the supplement it claims to have? There's no way for me to prove that. b) I can't prove the tablet's benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial. c) You'll rarely see any measurable or obvious difference within a month or two. It usually takes years for supplements to have an impact. d) Even if you do notice a difference, did you control for all the other variables? Maybe you got better sleep, did more exercise, changed your diet, or something else while you were taking the supplement. In short, amateur reviewers should be humble about their evaluations. All I can say is: - NutrastanXP seems like a reputable company worthy of our trust. - The pills are easy to swallow. - The package is easy to open. - Some studies show that taking musli supplements is good for you (but others say they don't do anything). Since there are almost no studies indicating that this supplement is harmful, I suggest taking one.
