Easy to put up value for money

Bought this item in January and used it on numerous occasions. I have used air awnings and tents for many years but after about the 7th or 8th time of using the stitching burst open rendering the product useless. Olpro customer service was appalling and once they’d fobbed me off with some rubbish excuse they then stopped replying to my emails.

Sturdy, well designed awning that is quick to errect and take down. Couldn't be happier with purchase

I have had the awning 21months. A few weeks ago, on the last day of our holiday, luckily, one of the long over the van straps split. Contacted Olpro to try and understand the reason for the split. the reply was and i quote, - I have looked into this for you, this appears to be just general wear and tear on the awning straps, they would have started off yellow and are now white, this is due to them being subject to outdoors and weather, with getting wet and then drying in the sun and UV Degradation. Unfortunately this does happen and this would not be covered under warranty. I see you have had the awning for a couple of years.So according to Olpro's reply, you really shouldn't be using their products outside if they are going to get wet and dry off in the sun.I have replaced all the straps, 8 in total, they were all white and brittle, you would really expect them to last longer, given the climate we have in this country.When I bought this product I didn't see this issue highlighted anywhere.Laughable indeed.

Very pleased with purchase. Lot bigger than expected. Only one small drip in five weeks of continuous use, three campsites. Once you learn to do it properly, it does get easier.
