In Ear Monitors Earbuds Wired Earphone Dual Drivers with MMCX Detachable Cables, Noise-Isolating for Musicians, Sweatproof Sports (Wood Grain, no Mic)

I stumbled across these as I was looking to replace my old headphones whose left channel died and I needed a wired headphone with mic to replace them for my mobile. I love music and have a long experience of very high-end HiFi equipment. I was puzzled by the sophisticated two way drivers arrangement, the detachable cable, the professional monitor design, the claim for their superior sound and most of all by the reviews. I decided to go for these and what a surprise! They are stunning in every sense and, much to my own disbelief, they genuinely compete with in-ear headphones costing 20x more. Build quality is excellent, the detachable cable is fantastic, the comfort is among the best I ever experienced with in-ear headphones. Isolation is perfect. Most of all the sound is sublime. Even the accessories are top class... And of course the microphone works well with Skype, WhatsApps etc... Before anything else please notice that these are very revealing headphones: feed them with rubbish and they will reveal rubbish. But feed them with a well recorded file and they are magic. The clarity is exceptional and coloration is absent. Soundstage is the best I ever experienced for in ear headphones. With well recorded lossy files they are already very good. But feed them with some master recorded lossless files and they open up even more. Basses are exceptional: they are real, deep, well extended and tight. Mids and highs are extremely balanced and detailed, clarity is outstanding across the whole spectrum, yet they remain musical. Acoustic and spacial resolution is superb. Dynamics is excellent. Notice that out of the box they sounded a bit harsh and over analytical and I can see some people being critical of this. But after just some 24 hours running-in, they smoothed out beautifully and now they are just magical. I strongly recommend plugging them to a source and let them play overnight at a normal volume. They do benefit from being well amplified, but are already exceptionally good using good mobile devices. I tried them with an iPad and two android phones (all sources with good audio internals) and with all of them they were exceptionally good. Finally isolation is excellent and are very silent to the outside world.

I may have reviewed these before, as I have been using them for a few years now. It started when I needed to replace the cable (again) for my expensive Shure in-ears. At £50 a time and a failure every few months, this was getting silly. So I researched an alternative cable. It just happened that I found this one with the ear buds attached. At the time they were about £12, so a no-brainer, if only for the cable. But it turned out the attached buds sounded better than my Shures! It may be the drivers in my Shures were on the way out but still, these are just fine! For a while I glued my own personal moulds (Shure 'gloves') onto them, to ensure the best fit but then the cable or the drivers would need replacing again and it got messy removing them and re-applying them. And to be honest, the supplied buds do a good enough job - and I've worked on some big stages, next to drummers and festival PA systems etc. I can't tell you how many of these I've bought now but I need an endorsement! :D I bought them for my 'kids' (both musicians), as well as a bunch for spares, or for when singers forget their own etc. Still way cheaper than a single big brand, that will only get trodden on or fail after a similar amount of time and leave you in tears! NB: I've been recommended many other brands with multiple drivers, at a few times this price, many of which I have tried. And I've even done side-by-side comparisons. But I keep coming back to these, not only for the price but the quality has so far been better to my ears. Save your money and give them a shot - they can always go in your bag for holidays.

Initially when I tried these earphones with the middle size tips I was disappointed. There appeared to be no bass and mid range was very loud and shouty. I tried the smaller ear tip and the situation was even worse. Normally the mid size tip is the best fit for me. I then gave the large tip a try, and wow what transformation, the bass became full and the mid range and treble came into balance all sounded good. Noise isolation is also good, while listening at moderate to low volume alone in a room I was often startled when looking up and seeing someone who had come into the room and I didn’t hear them coming in. These are good earphones and with detachable / replaceable cable should last a long time.

I bought these as I have BASN Bmasters and thought I’d get these as a backup as the price is right. Compared to my Bmasters, the Bmasters have more boom in bass (3 drivers) but the mids and trebles on this are way louder. I wonder if I have been hearing my masters wrongly. I went to an upcoming release and the trebles were so overly high in these new earphones that I returned to a previous mix. I think these feel more comfortable in my ear. I have hone through 3 ear tips on the Bmasters. They fall off easily. I bought a set of 8 ear pieces. But these new earphone earpieces feel prefect and snug. I think these will be used more though I do like to hear the boom bass in the Bmasters.

I bought these for my PC at home after the kids go to bed, and I want to stream something or play a game. I had a trusty pair of Sony's which after a few years gave up. I have a FiiO K3 which is a brilliant DAC but can struggle to power anything high impedance, which is why I do not use my Beyer's. I thought I would try these, and wow! Not disappointed. Give them something decent to play, and you will hear plenty of detail. There is a lot of clarity, and you should let these settle in for a few hours. If they do need a little EQ - as pointed out, the mid and higher are a tiny bit muted (+2db needed for me) and I think that is a personal taste thing. I am getting on a bit, to my upper frequency hearing is dropping off a bit. I am prepared to forgive that for the price. I can wear these for hours; they are very comfortable and feel almost weightless, yet once fitted, background noise drops away impressively. And all for this for under £20, a bargain!

Amazing! I am actually blown away with these. I took a punt as they were inexpensive, but the sound quality is certainly not reflective of the price. I purchased these to use as in ear monitors while broadcasting over YouTube, I had been using a pair of Beats Solo 2's with a Little Bear amp as they offer great isolation. These compare very welol to those, in fact almost identical. Lovely deep bottom end, the best I have ever heared from any in ear phone, but it doesn't distroy everything else. I'd say the sound is really quite well balanced. Of course they don't compare to my AKG K812's, but they are great to listen to and work well as studio monitors for tracking. I wouldn't mix on them I don't think. As I said in the title, they do benefit from an amplifier, however they do work ok straight into a phone if you crank it up a bit :-)

I bought this monitors as my main ones were missing. Sound quality is decent, at least you can listen to your instrument or microphone with decent quality but nothingto feel excited, started to buzz when low range sounds came in, decent mids and highs, nothing special about it but enough to fulfil the task. I tried listening to some music, didn't like them for that. Light weight but after a couple of hours wearing them my ears got tired although I tried all the silicone tips couldn't avoid my ears to get tired. I conclusion good for the price I paid, but not as good as I expected after reading all those reviews.

I love my music and got these for my uni course as we needed IEMs for one of the units and they have quickly become my daily use headphones. They are amazingly comfy, they block out background noise and the quality of the sound is brilliant. I used to use samsung galaxy buds live and I can't go back to them. These trump the galaxy buds in every aspect.

These were just I was looking for, I wanted a nice low-risk pair of IEM and always try to get tech with a wood aesthetic. The sound quality on these are excellent, the audio is clear, no muffled mess or any skipping. The volume can get pretty darn high which I like too! Better than my mid-grade Bluetooth earbuds. They're very comfortable, much more than headphones. These are perfect and a steal for the price.
