Very good product from filmcity only one thing to complain about the product the handle position mount made of plastic is not feel so good.

One of the must have equipment for achieving some handling movement shots for music videos and documentaries. This equipment has blown away my expectations and has given some super stylish movements for story and rock music demands. Highly adjustable brackets and it can replace by metal bracket for strong and strudy according to the weight of the camera. This shoulder rig can able to reach the camera to shooters eye level. Handle grips are smooth and adjustable for handling. There is no hand pains while operating this rig for long time. Shoulder pad are super smooth and it doesn't hurted my shoulder. Fully balanced weight with the camera is the main keypoint to use a shoulder rig. Im very much enjoying in long time shooting by carrying this rig on my shoulders rather than feeling stress.Thank you flyfilms for another good equipment !

Unfortunately Filmcity don't sell spare parts. So it;s extremely difficult to service or repair if any of the part is damaged.
