Nekteck Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat for Pain Relief, NOT Cordless

I just received this yesterday and have only used it once but holy cow am I pleased. I have a slender frame (5'7 115lbs) and a lot of massagers tend to not fit my body right. usually stuff is too large for my frame. This was not an issue with this product. It is kind of bulky but honestly it doesn't matter. It's not heavy.I have bad posture and I sit at a desk all day. So my neck and shoulders get so tight and I have had knots in my upper back area for months now. After one use, I could immediately tell a major difference. Today, I drove about four hours and not once did I find myself in a forward head posture. my muscles have been so tight that I just be snapping back to a bad posture. I was able to drive for hours with no pain in my neck. I also spent the entire day at a theme park going on roller coasters and only have minimal tightness.I also tried it on my mid and low back. It wasn't as comfortable but it still did it's job. My primary issue is my upper back/neck area so I don't really care but if you specifically have low back issues idk if this would be the best.The little knobs actually feel like fingers as well and that's super nice. I would rate this product a 10 if I could. I cannot wait to see how I feel in a week. And honestly the cost is so worth it.Small warning though if you have a crazy cat they may believe it is a predator and try to attack it. For whatever reason, I'm assuming the vibrations, my cat freaked out about it lol.

I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders.It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction.I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I used this for over an hour in one use and it performed great. It helped reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I’m looking forward to seeing what a week of using this massager will do for me. I have a fancy massage chair but it doesn’t help with my neck. This massager was addressing the knots in my shoulders on the lightest setting. I think I’ll have to work up to the deeper massages. It does require you to lean against something and plug into the wall. I found it comfortable sitting on my couch and leaning back with a cushion under my lower back.I am so impressed. I bought another neck massager for $150 and it did not hold a candle to this product. I am very happy with the purchase and I feel it was well worth the money.

I have a neck injury. This works wonderfully. On my neck and back. The left arm could be longer. Its difficult for me to push the buttons and im only 5'5". The electric cord needs to be longer. Otherwise it was a great purchase. I've had it a week and used it 10 times to relieve pain in my neck and back.

I've been using this everyday for the last few days. My god, it's so amazing and I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP!I've started my own business recently on the side, so I am working all day everyday between my regular job and my business. Due to lack of sleep, poor posture and being stuck in the same posture for an extended amount of time, my neck, and back have become rock solid hard and it hurts. In the recent days, I had to stop all of my efforts with my business because it was getting to a point where I couldn't focus. I started to look into ergonomics of my home setup as it clearly did not suffice to keep me going. One of the things I realized I needed was a massager.I looked around Amazon and this seemed to have good ratings both on Amazon and Fakespot. Plus, its Black Friday sales week and it's half the original price. It's quite the steal so I had to jump on it. In my honest opinion, it's TOTALLY WORTH IT!In my headline, I said "works wayy better for my back than neck," which is totally true. I think I have a small neck being a skinny asian woman at 5'4", so my neck doesn't get enough of that compression from the shiatsu device as my neck sits too far from where the shiatsu device lands. So I end up shifting it around to find the perfect orientation where it works best for me. However, for my back....WOW it's AMAZINGGG. I would consider myself as having great pain tolerance, so this hit the nail when it comes to getting a deep tissue massage and getting all the knots to *crack* every time it glides over the deeply knotted areas. If you have tons of knots like me, this device will hit every knot you can imagine and give you a sensation of pain and relief all at once. By the end of each session which is about 15 mins, you will feel lighter, less tense and calm.This device has heating mode, three different speeds, and direction change. But it is all in all a shiatsu device. Game changer for those who regularly workout, work that involves physical labor, work with poor postures, or work long hours. This device also can be used on different parts of your body like legs, arms etc.I have used Theragun before since I had given one as a gift to my ex-boyfriend. Used it quite frequently at the time. But that's a massage gun so it's a little different. While Theragun was amazing to use, this device is plenty enough without having to fork over tons of money. You can still get pretty amazing relief.So I'd say get yours now during this Black Friday Deal!!

BUY THIS!!! If you're reading these reviews, you're in the market and in need and I assure you that this is the real deal as is the company. I've had this since Feb. 2024 and use it on my neck, lower back and I also put my calves on it when needed. It is strong and goes in different directions and really feels like a deep tissue massage - you can of course move and pull it closer with the arm straps or keep it light if it's too strong. The heat helps SO much but it's a button you can turn on/off (but I highly recommend the heat).I came to review this now, years later, after an excellent experience with the seller. I hurt my lower back and was using it yesterday more than usual with the heat and it was really helping. I went out and came home and tried to use it again before bed but it didn't work - it turned on and the heat light lit up but no movement. I panicked and emailed the seller at the address on a little yellow sticker on the cord late on a Saturday night and described the issue.An hour or so later I tried it again in desperation and it turned on! (By then I had already ordered a replacement because we are lucky to live close enough to a warehouse and get stuff overnight more often than anyone should, but I was also able to cancel it in time.)To my surprise, Sunday morning they responded to my email! Of course I am well beyond the 1 year warranty and they accurately assessed the issue of overuse and said that it would shut down for safety reasons and just needed a rest, which of course makes sense and thankfully the safety features work. (I did buy the calf/foot massager during the incident too and kept that :-) )

It does relieve some of the pressure in my neck. Has not really helped the shoulder area I originally purchase it for but that is more a personal issue than it is a reflection of the product. I removed stars mainly because although I already knew it to be a plug in item (that doesn’t bother me) what is annoying is how easily it unplugs if you move which ofcourse stops the device. Then you have to kind of contortion yourself to re-attach, turn it back on and you’ve lost the position you moved yourself into and it starts again.

I really like this massage device. It’s easy to use and gives a nice, relaxing massage. I especially like using it when my muscles feel tense or sore. It’s comfortable, works well, and feels like a great value for the price. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This thing is great value. It does take a little bit to heat up fully but it really does the trick! There are 3 levels of speed and it alternates the direction. Really works well and does what it’s supposed to. I’ve had this thing for so long and it’s just been sitting around mostly. Today I really needed it and omg why don’t I use it more?! So relaxing.
