Is this cable intended for marine VHF radio antenna cable?

This cable is very good for the frequencies used by marine radio. That said, I do not know how it would hold up to the weather a boat is exposed to. I have used this cable inside my truck and inside my house and never ever had a problem. I suggest you do a search for Times Microwave LMR400 Coax cable specifications to see how it hold up to different elements

Exactly what connectors are on each end of this 20' LMR195 cable?

They are male PL-259 and very nice ones. I love them they go on to the radio and antenna switch very smoothly.
