Don’t hesitate, just get it!
First of all a good nights sleep is priceless! Thank goodness someone finally made something like this. No more worrying about blackout curtains, or the baby “seeing” us when sharing a room. I have used this is two separate locations Camping! This is great for tent or RV camping. It keeps the morning light out, and paired with white noise let our son sleep allllll night, and he took his reg 2.5hr nap. Now our son is 15mo, and has been sleep trained so he already has a very consistent routine, but this let us stay out by the campfire, and chat with friends while he snoozed away in the tent until we joined him later. Hotel! This works great in a hotel, and let’s us share a room while traveling without interruption of sleep. Def rec 100x over! Great product, good quality, and easy to use! Only thing to note is dress your child appropriately if it’s hot out. We did use this once when it was hot, but we did a very light muslin sleep sack and diaper on. Nothing else. Update son is now 2, still loving this product. It’s saved us when traveling so many times. He loves his “tent”

Buy it now!
Love this shade! We have successfully used it on our Guava Lotus Everywhere Crib, our Graco Travel Lite Bassinet with Stages, and our Cosco Funsport Play Yard. It fits all of them fairly well, but it fits the Guava Lotus best, in my opinion. The material used to make this is like the athletic porous fabric they use in running shorts and they have two overlapping layers to allow for airflow while still blocking light. It doesn't quite black out the inside but it makes a BIG difference! We have used this on numerous trips throughout the US and three international trips. It is lightweight, portable, and comes inside of a nice, reusable, clear bag. The only thing that annoys me about the bag is the velcro closure which can easily get stuck to and snag the Snooze Shade. I recommend this product to anyone traveling with a baby or toddler that sleeps in a pack n play. It makes a big difference when you are room sharing, or just in situations where the room cannot be darkened due to lack of, or insufficient window coverings. Is it expensive? Yes. But it is worth it. Go ahead, stop debating, buy it now and get the most use out of it.

Great for Travel
We have two kids and travel quite a bit, especially to family and friends houses. With our first I can't tell you how many times we were trying to darken different rooms or cover the pack n play, especially when we were sharing a room and wanting our baby to sleep as long and well as possible. I looked into other cheaper versions of this and even the more expensive tent options. This one seems to be the best option for us. It's very easy to attach, we have both a normal pack n play and a Guava Lotus travel system that has a slightly different shape. I will say that it droops a bit in the Guava Lotus since it's not a perfect rectangle. I like that it actually blocks out most of the light but keeps it more compact unlike the tent options. This works great for both our baby and our toddler. It's become so essential I wonder why we didn't buy it a long time ago. Definitely worth the money if you travel a lot.

Pretty impressed!
I was unsure how this product would work considering the conflicting reviews. I wasn’t expecting it to be a full blackout, because without being completely opaque, how could it be? (Especially with overhead lights on like some of these reviews show). We had some pretty pathetic shades in our air bnb, but we just put the travel crib in the most shaded corner of the room, turned off all the lights and I felt like it was pretty dang dark in there. Blocked most the light and I swear my son slept better in there then he does at home, LOL. I think it also helps muffle some of the outside sound. I also didn’t notice it being too warm in there, like a lot of these reviews say. I think not having any lights on and shades drawn help it not get too warm. It is dark fabric after all and a lot of direct light would get it warm regardless of air flow. I think the only thing that I would suggest to improve is that the zipper is kind of loud. I wish it was a quieter attachment method. Buttons? Velcro? Not sure there’s really a better solution, but I just noticed it was loud and kind of woke him up a little when closing the opening. Overall I felt like this was a good quality product, easy to set up and worth the money for some good naps and over night sleep!

Lifesaver When Sharing a Room With Baby
I was a bit nervous when my husband had only booked a room for us and our 7 month old for his grad school reunion weekend. We have not shared a room with her for about 3 months. I was not looking forward to skulking around in the dark and/or dealing with poor night sleep again. After doing some online research, I stumbled upon this. After reading the reviews, I thought I'd try it. First of all, this shade is made to try to accommodate several play yard sizes. It won't fit every one perfectly. Do what others recommend and bring binder clips to adjust the fit so that the top doesn't sag. I did, and while the hotel pnp is much smaller than the graco ones, I just used the binder clips to adjust. If you've ever traveled with a baby, you know that improvising with what you have around you is key. That and be prepared to be surprised. Second, it is a bit weird to zip your kid into this. I didn't think it would work (I thought she would freak out), but it did! In fact, she was able to get to sleep quicker and more calmly than when we've put her in a darkened room. Third, because this encloses the pnp, it will be warmer in there because there is fabric wrapped around. If you're in a place that has AC, it shouldn't be an issue. My baby is a heater, and she was fine sleeping with this. It's light and easy to pack. I used it to help pad my pump packed in luggage. I love this thing! Can't wait to use it on future trips!

Quality product, but not exactly what we wanted.
This isn’t a bad product. It’s made of quality material, had straps to attach to the ottom of the pack and play, and the zippers are in all the right places. That being said, we used it on the Guava portable crib. This product does not fit the Guava well at all. It’s too big. It also wasn’t as breatheable as advertised. We unzipped the top of it at night a bit to let some air in while our baby slept....thus defeating the purpose of the product. Also, I actually got into the pack and play and had my husband zip me in the see what it was like. It blocks out a lot of light- I was surprised! It’s not completely dark though. Not sure if that’s what you’re expecting or not. It’s essier than putting the pack and play in the bathroom, but not as dark. We returned it for these reasons, since it was pretty expensive.

No regrets
I bought this for my 7 month old instead of a blackout pod for our hotel stay. I was super nervous how we would all sleep but this cover was amazing. My baby slept just as well as he does at home even though we were all in one room (2 adults and a 4yo brother!) I loved the air flow so that an extra fan wasn’t necessary. It blacked out enough light without crying my little. Definitely recommend

Worth every penny!
I usually don't bother leaving reviews for products but this was such a great purchase I had to share. I was having trouble getting my 5 month old to sleep anywhere but at home because he was so used to sleeping in a dim/dark room. I did a quick web search to see if there was some sort of a breathable cover for his pack and play when we're on the go and found this. I delayed buying it because I thought the price was a little high but finally took the leap when I realized I'm going to need something to darken his sleeping environment while on vacation. I'm so glad I made the investment in this canopy! He took one or two times to adjust to napping with this cover on while we were at my mom's house but by the 3rd time, he fell asleep relatively quickly and slept really well! I also like the way the zipper is placed because I can sneak in his video baby monitor and shut the zipper all the way to keep an eye on him. I made a little contraption with a wire hanger to hang the monitor in the corner completely out of his reach. Pros: easy to use, easy to pack up in bag and bring on the go, provides dim and breathable environment (unlike blankets) Cons: really only "con" is that is it a little on the loose side but it doesn't hang low enough to get near the baby I recommend getting this if you find you're having trouble getting baby to sleep out of house! I'm looking forward to using it while camping too!

Great for camping/travel
I bought this to use when taking my toddler camping. I wanted them to be able to have daytime naps in the tent (which would be bright). This worked perfectly. Its compact and light, breathable and blocks out all the surrounding light. We ended up using it multiple times, not just for camping, but for other travel too where we weren't sure how light/dark the room was going to be.

Very much recommended
It was our first time traveling with our 1.5 year old son. It worked really well with this gadget, staying in the same room at the hotel and I’m very happy for the purchase.

She was perfectly happy being zipped into the SnoozeShade and would go off ...
This made our cruise! In the past when we have had to share a room with our baby, we disturb her and she disturbs us, constantly. She'd wake up in the night and see us and then make noise. If we turned on a small light, it would disturb her. This cured that issue completely. She was perfectly happy being zipped into the SnoozeShade and would go off to sleep which meant that we could even have a bedside lamp on without disturbing her at all. I zipped my head into it to check and it is very breathable and does not block out 100% light, just enough to keep it dark and not disturb the child. This is not a cheap product, but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone having to share a hotel room (or cruise cabin) with their infant . In the attached photos the one thing you can't see is the baby sleeping peacefully inside… But trust me, she's in there!

Game changer
We have a 1 year old that we would struggle to get to sleep when we were away. We would take block out blinds and tape them to try darken the rooms we stayed in. Hotels weren’t a thing as we couldn’t then be in the room with light while he slept. At Christmas time we were travelling for 2 weeks and I was at my breaking point and the company I did sleep training through recommended the snooze shade and I thought let’s give it a go. This product has absolutely changed how we travel. So simply and easy to set up over the portacot. Small and compact to chuck in the suitcase and my little one loves it. We decided to do a weekend away this weekend and he had been sleeping the same as he does at home. If you are thinking about getting one, do it! Amazon also had super quick delivery and the lady on the snooze shade Instagram was so helpful in working out how I could get one over the holiday period. Definitely a must had for travelling with a baby!
