This paper roll is essential when you are smoking meats in your smoker or on your grill. We smoke a lot of briskets and this paper helps it turn out juicy every time. When wrapping your brisket it’s easy some and can be done with our without assistance. The paper helps protect your meat from direct heat but helps retain moisture that your meat needs to be good. The color of the paper is average and doesn’t transfer to your food which helps for presentation. You get a lot of paper on the roll so you don’t run out soon. But I will be stocking up just to have a roll on deck. The paper wraps easy so it’s not a chore when you are smoking meats.

I bought this butcher paper to wrap gifts, and I’m seriously impressed! It’s very sturdy and thick, which makes it perfect for heavy or oddly shaped packages. I also tested it with acrylic paint and chalkboard paint. Both held up beautifully without bleeding or tearing. One tip if you’re using it for wrapping gifts: use packing tape instead of regular tape. The paper is thick enough that normal tape doesn’t stick well, but packing tape keeps everything neat and secure. The cutting edge was perfect to cut the paper. All in all, this butcher paper is tough, versatile, and perfect for creative projects or rustic-style gift wrapping!

there isn't a lot to say. it's pink butcher paper. it's thick and sturdy and a good value. I will say the cutting blade included is hard to use and the paper becomes difficult to tear out of the box.

This paper comes rolled up in a box. I have to admit, I have not unrolled it to measure against the claim that it is 175 feet in that dimension, but wow, it sure is 17.25 inches across. If you need paper that is 17.25 inches wide, this will do the job almost perfectly. As perfectly as I can measure. The specifications also say that it is "pink", and while I am not taking away a star, is is closer to "carmine" or "indian red" than strictly "pink", maybe pantone 177, which is NOT "pink". I don't think that the exact color matters a lot, which is why I didn't take away a star. I wrapped meat in this paper, and while I have not conducted testing against paper which is more strictly "pink", perhaps pantone 212 (a truly classis pink, a pink's pink as they say) the meat tasted just the way I want it to taste. No hidden flavors of blue (pantone 293), or green (pantone 361). In summary, for two dimensional food safe meat wrapping purposes, this butcher paper is butcher paper. Did like will buy again. p.s. in all seriousness, the box and cutter are good, and the paper is food grade. It works as expected, but what can you really say in a review of paper?
