Gave 4 stars due to my not understanding the short version as opposed to the full version or complete book. My error but the quality and delivery by this source is a 5 star.

The summary captures the essence of the book. I read the book a couple of years ago and picking up the executive summary was a great refresher. I still recommend the full book but this great either as a way to get an intro to the book or, as I did, to revisit it.

Good summary and worth $2.99. Like the summary series to get the gist of an otherwise fluffed book that should be an essay anyways.

I believe that you can get something out of this book even if you are not a fan of self-help books as me. This book provides support for someone who wants to live in reality and really encourages you to embrace conflict.

I always used to stress the end goal of anything before reading this summary, but after I have been able to see that I should also be enjoying, understanding and learning from the process of reaching a goal.

I love this book. I recommended it to my whole organizations of recruits and it comes with an action plan that is easy to follow so that our team may continue to grow.

As a nurse, I work 12 hours every shift and have a 45 min break. I read this great summary during one of my breaks. Most insightful break I have had!

I saw the book at a friends and loved it. We thought this "summary" version would be just that, a shorter version of the full $20 book. It wasn't. Instead it had none of the funny lines, just a lot of history of the theory behind it. Straight to the garbage. We would have spent the extra for the original book had we know what a waste this summary was.
