Tears appeared after just one use **Updated**
I want to like these, they feel good (although a bit tight around the fingers - I found moving further down the fingers feels better).I've only used the one green band for a day and now I've noticed tears have either appeared or they were already there. This will not last long at all!I'd like to contact the seller about replacing just the green band (but can't seem to be able to make direct contact), but I'm a little worried about the other two bands I haven't even progressed to yet...*Update*After a couple more uses the band is tearing badly in several spots and will snap anytime. Now 1 star.**Latest UPDATE***I made contact through Instagram and they replaced the band with a couple plus a little gift to make up for it. Very Happy now

Great idea but rips easily
I bought this to strengthen my forearms for rock climbing. Great idea, I love the design and it definitely works. My forearms were getting pumped in areas that the squeezing hand strengtheners don't target. Unfortunately after only a few days of use the lightest tension thingy started ripping. I don't even think there's a material invented that wouldn't rip with constant contracting and expending, so I don't know if the company can do anything differently. I would not recommend buying on Amazon because the return window is short. If you buy on their website they give you a year to exchange damaged products. That's what I might do.

Great product for much needed improvement of forearm and wrist strength
I don't normally write reviews for things I buy but felt I needed to for this. I have been having a problem with pain and looseness in my right wrist from weightlifting - probably an old injury that became irritated through repetitive motions like curls and tricep cable exercises. Would notice that my wrist really hurt to do any sort of bench pressing or movement where there is pressure on the wrist.Well I had never considered that it might be all a product of weakness in my forearm! I recently gave these grips a shot and could immediately tell how weak my extensors are. But I slowly worked them, a little bit each day, and within just a week I could tell I was getting slightly stronger. After a couple weeks I was already moving to the second strength level. My wrist isn't completely better yet, but I can tell there is a lot of improvement and less pain, so I will keep working until I can do the 3rd level with ease. These are definitely worth trying if you have wrist or elbow pain!

Does what it's supposed to and great customer service.
I bought these back in April. I've been using them almost daily since then. My grip strength has improved.I will say the starting green band started to rip within the first week of use. I took a picture and emailed their customer service. Prompt reply and they quickly sent me 2 replacements for free. I don't have to contact customer service that often for anything. So their quick reply and replacement with no problem was a pleasant experience.Yes there are similar products available but a lot don't have a brand name to them so I would consider their customer service may be questionable or non existent.Go with these just on the customer service alone if you do have any issues.

Flexor strengthin
Good exercise item for forearms; durability on band #1 wasn't great (broke) so now I'm starting with #2. Overall I believe it's a good investment.

Snapped almost immediately
I began using the light green, the first step band. Used it for about 30 reps on both arms and took a break. Put it back on and repeated. The next day I took them out again and noticed a tear along one of the areas connecting the spots for my index and middle finger. I literally used this one time and they already have a tear. These are not as high quality as they are trying to say they are. No reason to spend the money, get the cheaper versions if in the end they all just snap.

They work
Well I can say for the short time I've had then and use then you can definitely feel it working!! The product seems plenty strong enough to last a long time. I can say money well spent.

Have tried others; BUY THESE!
I have been doing grip training over the years but have been somewhat neglectful on extensor training. I bought these as a replacement to another set which snapped within a week of use. These truly do hold up. One of them did develop a crack and I got in touch with them and they immediately replaced it. That’s excellent customer service and I will buy from these guys moving forward. I also have one of their adjustable grip trainers which is excellent as well. Overall, this is a great company and I will continue buying all of my grip training supplies from them moving forward.
