I tried this in my coffee as an alternative. I found it too thin, and I did not like the taste.

Not my favorite coconut milk: first ingredient is water. Also contains sucrose and thickener, so not very creamy, and doesn't have a rich coconut taste. I'll use it to thin Thai curry when reheating...Chaokoh is much better, IMHO!
