Golf Impact Ball Mens Swing Plane Trainer Aid

My Golftec instructor used one to help me with my elbows flying apart in my backswing. I bought my own to practice with and it really really helped me. Cured several issues. Recommend for anyone working on keeping their elbows close. Don't buy if this isn't your issue.

I finally got one of these training aid balls and it fits me well (Large). It does exactly what it is supposed to do to train the elbows to remain relatively close together. Of course this is just a feel, and in a full shot there could be some opening on the follow through side of the swing when going to full follow through position.

I purchased this to work on my take away and rotation. Although it works for both, I purchased the large ball and it was a little too big for my liking. I tried to make it work, but just could not get comfortable with it. Therefore, I returned it. The other reason for returning it was that it is way overpriced. Go to Dollar Tree and get a beach small beach ball to accomplish the same result.

Very good aid to practice the “feel” at impact that will prevent the right hand from “rolling over” through impact (pulls and pull hooks). I would recommend using for “mini” swings but my son can hit near full shots with it. You can add a lanyard to prevent it from falling to the ground and rolling around if needed.

At first, I couldn’t get it but after consistent practice this definitely helps you keep a better squareness at impact

This product was a waste of money for me. Unless you are a 12 year old boy, this ball is too small to stay between your arms. Even if Inslide it down between my wrists, I it falls out 3/4 of the way through my swing. I tired to return it, but the seller would not take it back. Don't waste $40 bucks. By a sponge ball in the kids toy section for $8 bucks. Not only will you save money, but you'll get a product that is actually useful.

After about 15 seconds of use, I already started to naturally bow the lead wrist and create some width that in my back swing that I have not been able to produce on my own. It certainly addresses some early extension issues and bad habits that a lot of us have. I try to repeat this motion now at least a few times a day and it's helped me be a better ball striker already after minutes of use.

It serves its purpose, really aided in the body rotation in swing and keeps the arms in front of you.
