Effective and Quickly Installed
My original Geberit toilet was purchased as I remodeled a small space. It was a rare solution to the small geometry of bathroom space. It worked great for 20 years and then filled too slowly to be practical. Iordered the part and found a senior plumber who installed it quickly. It is obviously a newer design for thatpart. It works smoothly with the original unit.

Relieved to find this oddball part available and affordable!
The seal on this original piece of my Gerberit unit had torn and at first was hissing all the time (see photos of old valve stop) and then leaking (the tank would never stop filling) and I was worried getting a replacement would take forever. Our particular Caroma Leda toilet model is old, and from Australia and parts are hard to come by, but fortunately I was able to find exactly what I needed here and had it within 2 days. All problems fixed within 5 minutes of the part's arrival!

I used the white gasket included to fix my Toto in-wall toilet/Toto THU134
My 8 year old Toto in-wall toilet uses Toto THU134 water fill valve ($130). The black gasket located inside the THU134 had a big tear and the symptom was constant water running or leaking in the tank and bowl.I decided to purchase this $13 Geberit because it included a very similar gasket, but white in color.I exchanged the gaskets in my THU134 and it works so far on Day 1!It was not an easy job, but there are a couple of YouTube videos that will show how to remove the parts inside the wall unit.Saved myself $120!

Bought just to get the clear gasket that is in side
I cannot understand why the gasket is not sold. It is a 25cent item, but it is not sold. What a scam. From reading comments on the internet, I found out that the gasket inside this piece works for the flush valve. I took out the gasket and had to throw out the rest of the item. What a waste.

A lifesaver for us TOTO owners
The picture shows the part in question from the TOTO valve. It is a diaphragm which seats when the water float rises to shut off the water. EXACTLY the same, but TOTO’s is made from a rubber that is inferior to the silicone of the Geberit. See the Q & A. Like the other reviewers, I was able to fix the leaky fill valve on my 4 year old TOTO in wall toilet without spending $150.I sure hope TOTO will look at this page. They charge megabucks for parts (for example the stupid supply line is over $100). I would bet the parts for the toilets on a Boeing 787 are in a similar price range. Good product overall, but this is simply gouging (and they have a design problem that they should know about). I will go with Geberit on my new in-wall toilet for a remodel job, they have lost my business.

Exact replacement - no more drip, drip
Our Duravit toilet came with the Impuls380 valve. We installed it 11 years ago. I've replaced the flush valve seal a couple times now - easy fix. We heard a slow steady drip, but after replacing the flush seal a second time, the drip continued. A quiet, single drop with a few seconds between drips. Long story short, there is another limited-life part inside the fill valve - a small silicone part, as shown in the product photo - that is what failed. I would have liked to just buy that, but didn't find that as an option. In any case, it was a quick fix - no more drip. I expect we'd be good for another 10 years, and next time I'll know what to check. Not that to get the blue piece off, it's a 1/4 turn twist. The replacement ships with Ikea-like visual instructions.

Works well
Used parts out this to fix a Toto in wall system. The gasket seems to be heavier than what is in the Toto unit so I hope it lasts longer. The Toto gasket only lasts about a year before it starts leaking and Toto wants to charge $180.00 for a complete fill valve. They don't sell just the parts which I consider criminal. I will never buy another Toto unit if I have a choice.
