Can it be used as a sleeping blanket?

Usually clients use it for canopy or mask or clothing. It is very thin and soft.

My bed is on the wall where the a/c compressor is...literally inches away and the EMF readings are scary high, so will this help?

If you need better sleep, I would recommend. The fabric is excellent and as expected it blocks EMF. I live near a very tall 5G tower and were experiencing headaches and restlessness at night. Once I placed the fabric on my bedroom's window i were able to sleep much better and woke up without any headaches. Great product!! The fabric works absolutely great!
