Good product but pathetic service

The first time I got the product it was playing one time and then not working 2nd time and again playing th other time and so on. So I returned the product and ordered again. The 2nd time was worse. The parcel was already open and product was used. Hence returning again. I do feel the product is good. But very disappointed with the service.

Ear cushion detached soon

the ear cushon went off soon, the sound quality is also not great but cannot expect more at this price. It could be mpre better in comfort considering that this product is meant for kids

Kids do enjoy it. Must buy!

Kids loved this product. Since nowdays kids are having online classes, they love to wear it. It is comfortable to them, adjustable, sound quality is good i.e. sound is clear and not too loud even at full volume. Happy with the service as well.

Poor make and not durable

Its very light but it doesn't make comfortable, rather shows it poor make. The cushions on sides is uncomfortable. Sound for kids is ok but if ur looking for a very nice sound quality, this is not it. Also it works! FOR 4 DAYS :/ wires and insulation from outside is all good currently but its still not working. I need to keeo it in a specific position for it to work and kids don't do that. WASTE OF MONEY

Had bought it for daughters online classes disappointed as it worked well on my phone but when we used on her tab the pin is very loss n couldn't connect only. And the volume is also low... Pls check the size of pin and then bu Now I am unable to exchange also
