Excellent product! Very simple to use and easy to clean. Soooo much easier then the old metal tea strainer I used before. Plus- it’s super cute! It made y daily cup of tea feel extra specialHad a slight issue when product arrived, but customer service immediately went out of their way to correct it.

Please do not stay closed after using a few times you have to wash them really well in the beginning or things taste like plastic they do let a lot of particles of tea through

I have found that most tea holders leak leaves. These don't. They are easy to fill. They are conversation starters. They clean easy.I have given these to a number of friends and family.

Super cute, functional and all around great.It does have holes in it so it won’t strain as good as a wire mesh ball but what does come through doesn’t bother me. I was worried about the bottom staying in place and it hasn’t popped out yet. The clear silicone will probably stain over time but it doesn’t bother me.

They work well.

there was a hair in the middle of the tea bag. the bag was in a package in the box so it came from the manufacturer like this

Great for gifts. Loved that. But hard to open and close. Especially for older people.
