Had it within 24 hours of ordering. Had contacted them for upgrade of a PSU unit as I had an ITX sized Rx6600 spare. Small fee for the useful 700w PSU, as easy as having an email fee upgrade request sent to you. Slapped in an M.2 Nmve which i put Windows 11 OS on and installed 2x8GB RAM kit. Assigned rebar/S.A.M and got the RAM at 3200mhz.Now loaded 5 games on it.Will make a good PC for my daughter's 14th Birthday Present.

After months of resisting the constant pressure from Microsoft to upgrade from Windows 7 it was only when my bankers started to warn me not to continue accessing their site that I gave in and decided that the time had come to replace my ageing desktop rather than trying to upgrade it. I know little about computer technology but wanted plenty of memory, SSD storage and a reasonably fast processor capable of multi tasking when needed. Most of my usage is for basic office work but I wanted to be able to cope with some video editing as well (if I ever get round to it!). When I started to explore the market I quickly found that even basic machines from other suppliers with less RAM and without the 4 core/8 thread specification of the AMD Ryzen 5 3400G were not much less expensive than this machine so decided to go for it. It worked well straight out of the box and the only problems I have encountered are related to working out how to tailor Windows 10 to work as I want it. I am unlikely ever to need the full capabilities of the machine as I have no interest in gaming but am happy with that - it only takes moments to load up and I am confident that it will serve me well.

Pc works great. Obviously for hardcore games it will need to be upgraded but I can just about play Apex Legends on it ok which is a pretty detailed game. Fall guys & Fortnite working very well considering the it’s the lower side of RAM. Fans provided are unbranded and no way to switch them off as they arrived with no remote but luckily as they seemed to be working very slowly the company sorted this and said they were sending new fans straight out. Very fast replies with customer service, but a strange experience overall. Good value for the money I’m not gonna lie.Edit: Palicomp sent me out the fans but I never received tracking info for at least 5 days so I emailed them and said they’d sent them by Hermes then about 10 mins later I receive tracking info FROM dpd for the fans. So the fans arrived - they were used(dusty and a sticker had been peeled but left little sticky bits behind), the remote that arrived with them was brand new - but doesn’t even work with the fans…doesn’t sync, changed battery it’s not that and there’s no port to connect to motherboard. I’ve just bought my own set from Amazon now to be honest I’m fed up of the stress. This was a 5* review until now. Sorry Palicomp!

I’ve had this computer a couple of weeks now, my last computer broke down so after a lot of research I got this one. I use it from streaming YouTube videos mostly, I stream 24/7 and this computer handles all that very well. The ram in it makes it really speedy. I like the easy access panels, in years gone by you used to have to unscrew and dismantle the case when you wanted to upgrade your computer. Now it’s easier, however no need for updates for a while as this is a decent model.

Not impressed at all, I did my research and finally decided on this pc. It arrived on time and had box’s of what was installed, but they were all wrong as I had a water cooling and graphics card box but this is fan cooled and no addictinal crap hits card. Half way through the windows instal, it restarted and now won’t boot at all. Ok so then I found a contact slip for IT support and I called by lines are turned off so I emailed. The next day I got a call and they helped me with a recovery program and gave me my windows license number and extra support, now the pc is running great. I am now very pleased with the service and changed my star review. The pc is great out of the box, get an air blower as it’s a bit of a dust magnet but it’s fast too boot and hasn’t gone wrong since the first issue I had so I am really pleased I got this pc

This tower did not work. It cost me £21.12 to send it back. The seller contacted me once saying my refund will be in 2 working days...I have now had to go through customer support to get my daughters birthday money back as this was a present

I use this for recording music (Reaper) and processing photos (Photoshop & Lightroom). It runs these tasks with ease, no time lags on either. I was a bit worried about using on board graphics prior to buying but I needn’t have. The graphics can be adapted easily with the app for any situation.I needed to contact the seller with a setup query and the help was quick and clear. No waiting, no selecting buttons, no training purposes messages, just straight to the point. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I buy again? Yes.
