Best Basmati Rice Ever Had
I had been disappointed for many years over the quality of most Basmati rice. When I first tried it about 30 years ago it was unique because of its fragrance. However, all of those I've tried since then had been flavorless. I couldn't notice any difference among them and plain rice. This reminds me of what I fell in love with many years ago. Very tasty, very aromatic, and it always cooks up well; nice and fluffy. Will buy only this brand in the future.

Delicious, Consistent Rice
This rice has a light aroma and slightly nutty flavor. It is delicious alone with butter or EVOO and also in one-pot dishes. I sometimes cook it in 365 chicken broth or just plain salted water following the package directions. I also holds up well in my electric pressure cooker as the base of a one-pot dish such as chicken and rice. It does continue to absorb water when stored in the refrigerator, but it accepts additional liquid when warmed. Nice product.

Not Starchy
This rice cooks fast and if you rinse it a few times before cooking it will not be at all starchy. The rice does not clump, and the taste is very good, somewhat nutty. Great for quick meals.

Delicious!
Just received the Basmati rice and had a bowlful with butter. Absolutely wonderful. Fluffy and full of flavor. My husband and I can't wait to run out of our current black rice and order some from Lotus Foods.
