Terrible pillow, it came squished to one inch and rolled in a bag, I had to beat it to fluff it out and it is extremely lumpy. I can't use it, I hate it. I would not buy this pillow!!!

I give 4 stars because i like the pillow, but the pillow cover, i do not like the zippers on them. I ordered two of these from a seller on ebay and there were no kind of papers came with it nor any contact info to contact the maker of them. I needed to tell that one of the zippers were badly stuck and would not unzip and it had little tore places at the zipper end like someone used wire pliers in order to get it zipped. The other pillow will unzip, but not so easy. But they do feel real nice to lay your head on. After 24 hours the pillows went from flat to plump.

I ordered these from ebay. when they first came they looked like a semi truck ran them over and then backed up and done it again! so with a little researching I found out you had to beat them and let them sit for a minute. then I had read some reviews where they said when they took the pillow out and it hit air. it started to inflate!! mine didn't. idk if I had the same pillow as them or not. but here is a BEFORE/AFTER pictures. and very firm.

Worst Pillow Ever!! The one I was sent did not fluff up or hardly expand. This is not a memory foam pillow, as advertised. Companies have no business selling this as a pillow.

Bought this product but not on Amazon. I was hoping for a cool soft memory foam type of pillow. It came rolled up in a nice carry case which was nice, however, once I went to use it, I found this extremely hard and did not seem to mold or support anything. To make it usable, I had to turn it vertical and use just the bottom part. That lasted two days and now it is a guest pillow. The one and only nice thing which was true is that it did seem to keep my head cooler. Shame it was not moldable and was more of a dense solid material.
