Impressive Lighting Solution for My Indoor Grow Tent!
Amazon Review for SF 1000. Impressive Lighting Solution for My Indoor Grow Tent! Review: I recently purchased the Spider Farmer SF 1000 LED grow lights, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed! I initially bought one unit to grow a single plant. but I was so satisfied with its performance that I ended up purchasing three more over the span of a week to fill out my 4x4 grow tent. Now, with a total of four SF 1000s in my indoor grow tent, the lighting is absolutely fantastic! First and foremost, let me commend Spider Farmer for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I reached out with inquiries about the product, they were prompt and helpful in providing all the information I needed. They truly value their customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. In terms of product quality, the SF 1000 is top-notch. The build is sturdy and durable, giving me confidence that these lights will last for a long time. The full-spectrum lighting output is remarkable, providing the perfect balance of light for my plants' growth stages. I've noticed significant improvements in their overall health and vitality since using these lights. Energy efficiency is another standout feature of the SF 1000. These LED grow lights consume minimal power while delivering impressive light intensity. They're environmentally friendly and help keep electricity costs in check, which is a big plus for any indoor gardener. The installation process was hassle-free, thanks to the well-designed hanging kit provided with the lights. It made mounting them in my grow tent a breeze. Additionally, the adjustable dimming feature allows me to fine-tune the light intensity according to my plants' specific needs. I can confidently say; and not just because their stickers are fire, that Spider Farmer as a company has won me over with their SF 1000 LED grow lights. The combination of their outstanding customer service, high-quality product, energy efficiency, and ease of installation sets them apart from other popular brands with a similar product selection. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient lighting solution for your indoor grow tent, I highly recommend giving the Spider Farmer SF 1000 a try. It has exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. Happy growing!

Totally Worth It!
Well worth the money. Plants that did not winter well last year when I used lights that are obviously targeting frugal shoppers. I spent the money this year, and what a difference. I actually had to reduce the light intensity because I don’t have room indoors for the plants to grow as much as they would if I left light at full intensity. Setup and assembly were easy. Controls are high quality and easy to operate and understand. Light level, outstanding.

Great Products - Great Price Point
I grow and sell plant starts as a side business. I start all my seedlings indoors and use the Spider Farmer lights and GGS controls. The products are high quality and they have a great price point. I highly recommend their products!

Great Product , Highly recommend over other cheaper lights.
So far my favorite light of all my grow lights. I really like the fact I can dim the lights to a reasonable power without having to raise and lower my setup. The light is strong enough for most of anything I'll be growing, but also capable of being toned down for delicate seedlings. Other companies seem to spend their time worried about packaging, which is like putting lipstick on a Pig. You can dress it up, but it's still a pig. Thank you Spider Farmer for putting out a quality product. Only thing I would suggest, is the company really needs to put more effort into making sure both sides of the aluminum board is smoothed down. Mine has bad scar marks from production that should have been smoothed out before it moved on thru production.

Solid light
Not as bright as I had expected, but the plants don't seem to mind... Would recommend going larger than you think you need..

Effective, reliable
I've had 2 of these for 2-1/2 years. Allowed me to run a basement mini-farm that kept me supplied with shiso, Thai basil, onions and cilantro year-round. Especially like the ability to connect 2 units to synch brightness levels.

SF-2000 More Photons per Watt vs Older LEDs!!!
I own both models: SF1000 and SF2000. The light has a simple, polished design. No need to assemble. The aluminum board is thick and sturdy. It gets hot to the touch, but its much cooler than other techs. Rubbery coating reduces risk from splashes. The driver is solidly fixed in place, resulting in a solid unit. No power is wasted on fans or inefficient drivers. And the Samsung diodes offer a high efficacy rating of 2.7 umol/J. I like the blend of LED colors. Some quantum boards only have a single color for all diodes. Compared to them, this LED has a more complete spectrum. USAGE: The rectangular shape produces a different light distribution pattern. I estimate the light will evenly cover a 48" x 34" area at a distance of 27”. This would be excellent for low-light or vege plants. For mature, high-light vege / bloom plantings: 43" x 28" at a distance of 24”. For very high-light BLOOM / BUD (medicinal) end stage growth: 36" x 20" at a distance of 18”. See my PPFD chart for the numbers. And see my YT video for more measurements! The 202w SF2000 could replace a 400w HID. Magnetic vs electronic ballasts vs doubled ended HPS systems all have different rates of efficiency. So it depends on the type of HID and its specs. I've recently compared this light to a brand name Quantum Board by HLG. Two of these SF-2000s would produce almost the same amount of light for HUNDREDS of dollars less. Or you could even buy THREE of these for that much money and your light output would greatly exceed the HLG unit. DIMMING: There's confusion about the dimming options for this light. Some sources claim the SF2000 cannot be dimmed. It has a 240 watt driver that is already underdriven from the factory. Well, I was able to dim mine with no apparent issues. I took it all the way down to 50 watts. And then I decided to lock it in at 75 watts to vastly outperform a 4 bulb, 2 foot T5 fluorescent system. You MUST have a wattage meter to do this. And you should NOT raise the wattage above factory settings! This light is a huge a step above DIY set ups. The Spider Farmer LEDs are better than many other quantum LEDs sold on Amazon. Three year warranty sounds great. Seller includes contact info to get in touch as needed. But hopefully I won't need to! CONS: Because there's no external switch, the dimming option is not convenient for frequent on-the-fly changes.
