Very good garlic
I bought this item and didn't have a clue how much I was really getting. It's a lot. I was a bit shocked at how much it was. It's been put to good use though. I use it when pickling or making Italian dishes and tomato sauces. I also put it in a grinder for using in salad dressings and on good old chips (fries). We love our garlic so I am sure we will go through it. The good thing is of you keep it in a cool dark dry place it will keep for a while. It smells like good strong garlic and if you wish you can soak it so it's like using fresh garlic. Great value for money and good quality.

Wonderful seller, prompt/early delivery, exactly as stated on the listing. 100% pure garlic flakes. No crumbles or dust, just intact flakes. Amazing flavour, tangy and slightly sweet (not bitter at all). Reconstituted 100g of this with enough water to cover, waited 15 min and added 1 tbsp more water. Excellent texture, taste and consistency. I eat lorry loads of garlic. This is amazing. Best Amazon buy this whole year :) You like garlic? Buy this!

I purchase this bag as its cheaper and the taste is better than you get in the little Schwartz pots. I just re-fill the pot when it's empty.

Great in the kitchen too!
The package states that these granules are good for your chickens, horses and other animals. Well, that might be so and lucky old them, but my wife and I love these granules too! They are delicious tossed into salads, when added to the frying pan for fish, stir fries, fried onions etc. I add them to sauces and gravy and any other chance I get to use them in the kitchen (guess who does the cooking). The taste and quality are superb and this is a far more convenient and cheaper way to buy dried garlic that the small jars sold in shops. My wife agrees and although we don't have any horses or chickens, if we did then I reckon they'd agree too. I think you'll be just as pleased.

Perfect
This is the best value for money I have found. The granules are of a decent size and my horse loves it. She has such a glow to her coat and whenever I have a wormcount done, she is virtually worm ree!

Great Product
This is a Great Value for money. Dry garlic you need to cook diferently but still is a great value and good flavour.
