These enzymes work exactly like they should. I take them with meals and they make a noticeable difference in digestion and bloating. No side effects and I feel lighter after eating. I have a lot of gas and bloating after I eat. I tried these enzymes, and they work great. I take one with my biggest meal. Now my stomach doesn't hurt or feel tight after dinner. I have less gas and feel more regular. It also has ginger and peppermint, which feels soothing. The pills are easy to swallow. The bottle lasts a while. If your stomach bothers you after eating, try these. They made a big difference for me.

73 yr old senior who lost my gallbladder over 30 years ago. No one has ever connected my "IBS"and daily 5-6 unmanageable bowel movements, my increasingly limited ability to eat almost anything (meat, eggs, dairy, raw veges) to the gallbladder loss. Youtube is one phenomenal educator. At first I tried using Ox Bile which did not seem to change things. Then I tried Source Naturals Essential Enzymes. It is a game changer for me. I eat muesli for breakfast with tea. The capsules have a mild appetite supressant, I take one with each meal. The help with digesting protein as well as carbs and dairy. Easy to swallow. And ultimately, having a clean bowel, for me at least, means great pain relief overall. I most highly recommend this supplement to those in similar situations.

My midwife suggested I get this product due to having acid reflux early on in pregnancy. And I’m soooo HAPPY she did! I got these right away to try out. I take it 30mins before I think I’ll eat or drink something that might give me acid reflux. Or I’ll open a capsule and sprinkle it on my warm food. Doesn’t have a taste, easy to digest and wow it is like gold it helps SOOOO MUCH! Plus it’s healthy for pregnancy and not filled with a bunch of chemicals and preservatives.

I use this & have noticed a positive difference in my digestion & routine. And when my partner uses it with dinner, he has way less flatulence, THANK YOU! :) He doesn’t notice a difference but I have definitely noticed that. I wish he would use it more because he lives in the bathroom & I think this will help him. Easy to swallow. No foul smell. And the best thing is that you only need one cap with each meal. But you can do two. I usually do one with a snack & 2 with a meal. No more than 6 caps a day. So you have to count how many you take throughout the day. They go fast if you use them daily like me. I bought it twice now. And I’ll probably keep buying it until I find something better & cheaper. It’s on the expensive side so I’m not happy about that. I just can’t afford this.. as I use 6 caps daily. So it doesn’t last long at all. And then when the other family members use it, it goes even faster!! I do however love the giant bottle. I get the 360 caps. I can’t stand plastic waste. So buying in bulk is better. And usually cheaper. I dont want to buy a bottle every single month. It’s inconvenient & unnecessary. I would rather them package it in something other than plastic. It is a #2 recycled plastic bottle so it’s BPA free. But I’d rather have a dark glass bottle or foil zip lock pack. Anything but plastic! Glass is recycle-able. Another problem is the OTHER INGREDIENTS! It has preservatives & other garbage no one’s body needs. The other ingredients include calcium sulfate, steric acid, silica, and magnesium stearate. The only other ingredient should be gelatin for the capsule, that’s it. I do love the fact that this breaks down so many things!! It breaks down protein, fats, carbohydrates, fiber & milk, sugar. Most of your digestive enzymes only breakdown maybe three things so this is the best one that I’ve been able to find so far. I’m always researching before every refill. So if I find better I will switch. But this is it for now. I just wish it didn’t have the other ingredients in there and I wish the price was more affordable. Because this is something that I can use every single day for the rest of my life, if it was affordable, but it’s not. It’s really expensive especially when you take six capsules a day. And that’s not figuring other supplements & quality Whole Foods. Sometimes I’ll cut back to only one cap with a meal but I dont know if that will help as much as the two caps does. We do what we can with what we have right?! So I will be looking for a cheaper product and something that can be as good as this but also without the preservatives that are unnecessary. Until then, this is the one I will go with. We need to start standing up & demanding better food and better supplements for our body. The price went up but the quality stayed the same on most of them. We deserve better. They tell us that supplements are great, but yet a lot of people don’t educate themselves and read the other ingredients. I would rather it be kosher and organic. But most people can’t afford them. No preservatives thank you!! Not for me. But almost everything has them. So you have to try to pick the best of the worst. Does it work? Yes. But we don’t need the preservatives. And the price can be more affordable. The more affordable a product is, the more someone will purchase it. I dont know how people don’t understand this. You want to sell it? Make it affordable & the people will come!!
