I got this in the summer and it's great!If you're used to hammocks (can be tricky to get in and out) this is a fantastic, portable solution. Yes, you need two trees close by (or very sturdy posts) but that's what a hammock needs.I find it comfy and sturdy. I'm over 12 stone and it's absolutely fine for me.Really happy with this.

This hammock exceeded my expectations! The colours, fabric quality, the sturdiness of the metal clips and the extendable straps are awesome. It comes with instructions which are really useful, and a matching carry bag. I have set up an area for the hammock in the garden; I set thick poles into concrete and I have been really loving relaxing in my hammock. Such great value for a quality product.

Good dependable hammock. Only thing I’d say is if you’ve got a short hammock base where the hooks aren’t far apart enough it might not be best for this hammock swing as it’s quite large and would just scrape on the ground when someone gets in it. Great if your hammock base is wide tho.

I've managed to sling this between two trees in the garden. When in use it's comfy (as comfy as hammocks really get), although as other note, there are no "spreader bars". In a way, that's an advantage for us, because being under trees, birds do their business, but so far haven't managed to hit the hammock because when unused it sort of bundles up and is more like a fat rope than a wide seat. Likewise it's not getting filled up with leaves and twigs either. Being super-narrow when unused also means that when it rains it doesn't necessarily get very wet. If it does get a soaking, then of course being bundled up means it takes a while to dry, but so far that hasn't really been a problem.The straps are like car seatbelts, and pretty easy to wrap around a tree trunk a couple of times. The problem with them is you set them up as you think everything should be, but sitting on the hammock pulls the straps tighter than you could otherwise get them, so the hammock sinks downwards a bit. To hitch it up a bit higher you have to undo all that tightening and put the hammock higher than you want, knowing it'll tighten downwards by some random amount later. Also, when wrapping around something, you'll find that it either wraps around twice but leaves a long bit, or not quite three times. I'm not exactly sure what design would overcome this (very "first world") problem, but it's annoying!All in all though, it's a decent hammock, looks like it's likely to last reasonably well and seems quite practical in use. It's not like a nice memory foam mattress, but you can get a snooze on it pretty easily.

Perfect very comftable

My old cotton hammock "let me down" at the start of Spring, literally! A quick serach revealed this on at a decent price, and best of all a colour that matched my summer verandah theme. On opening up the pack, I was delighted to find, not only the hammock and storage bag, but a couple of caribiners and long webbing straps with sewn in "D" rings. Instructions show these being used round a couple of tress, these I do not have. I do have a couple of poles that hold up the verandah, and on these the straps work well.Carribiners on the hammock strings mean that the hammoch can be clipped into place and used as needed, then put out of the sun, should we have some, and weather. This should prolong its life and prevent fading.So far a very satisfied customer...

Fab hammock, easy to hang and pack away. A really good size for an adult and feels sturdy. 5/5

You get exactly what you see. Just to note that packed hammock is quite large and heavy. Doesn't bother me at all.

Really comfortable. The carrying bag matched and was a nice quality with back pack like rope straps. After a few months no sun fading yet. Which is nice with it being in Direct sunlight all day.
