SupcoMAG1YL Appliance Magjumper 30 Vac Magnetic Test Leads

My Husband is a tech and he says this tool saves him time because of him not having to remove wires from the base, being able to perform tests without the extra work, he says he loves the tool !

This jumper works perfect for furnace or thermostat terminals however I still keep my alligators because not all control boards are going to have magnetic screws just a fyi this magnet is the first thing I reach for but half the time I still need to pull out the alligators.

This jumper wire is as described, works very well. I'd like them to be longer and a little heavier duty but that's me, not their fault.

I was able to jump out from the G Terminal to the Power terminal on an HVAC Thermostat, proving to a customer that his thermostat needs to be replaced. the Cost of one job paid for the jumper and then some.I have to find one that you can magnetically jump out and test multiple items at the same time from one power terminal.maybe if they sell a magnetic bar that comes with a kit of Yellow Green Red White Common(black or Blue) & Orange for Heatpumps and then you can bring on the fan and the cooling at the same time. great for to testing Package units on a roof without having to climb down to set the thermostat lower. I use to alligator jumpers to do this and sometimes they would fall off or even worse short between the low voltage and high voltage causing damage. but these are much easier to use and you don't have to disconnect any wires.

I am a controls technician working on HVAC and lighting control systems and these are worth their weight in gold. For replicating a closed contact, for point to point checkout, for jumping 24VAC to a relay etc. After I discovered the effectiveness of these I ordered them for the technicians in my company. Time is money and these save a lot of it

best thing since wire strippers. how many times have you cut and stripped a small u shaped wire then had to put two leads in and screw it tight? well no more (unless thats the fix)
