I’ve always given my pets treats, but too many have high calories- and treats are not meant to be a meal replacement… lol 🐾 as pets age they can’t burn off as many calories, and trying to put a pet on a diet because you gave them too much food is cruel… we do better to apply moderation with pets as well, and increase the TLC + love ❤️ 🐾 besides single ingredient protein only treats we also use these are awesome and my plus others pets love them!! They are soft for both cats and dogs, plus they are satisfied without giving a massive amount😉👌🏼🐶🐱💗

I have purchased these treats for years, even started buying on Amazon after the shop I used closed down. My Maltese loves them and they were good for breaking in half so he gets 2 treats for one. The heart shape was perfect for this and they were a nice thickness. Now these last two packages I have purchased are either a bad batch or have become the victim of the manufacturer making things smaller while charging the same or a little more. The treats are a tad smaller and about 1/2 the thickness, so now, it is hard to give my dog half at time, especially when he is playing fetch. He is treat driven so I try to limit as much as I can and this was a way to do it. Now I will have to find something else because I am not going to double the number of treats and have to buy more often. I was going to ignore it, but this is so pathetic! Companies should not be allowed to do this.

I bought these for my yorkie puppy to keep him regular because he didn't have the opportunity to get outside much. I didn't give them to him everyday, just when he had dry poop. He loves thems. Now that he's older he has a more regular diet, I give them to him occasionally as a treat. I'm assuming he likes the taste because he gobbles them up like they are delicious. They are not as hard as kibble, but hard enough to break into pieces and not crumble. I think the price is comparable to a bag of dog treats.

My boys love these and are fantastic for training treats.
