I want a band for strength training my piriformis muscle. Which one would be best for this?

You’re meant to start on the lightest one or which ever is easiest for you then work your way up to the heaviest. I actually started on heavy and then worked up to extra heavy as the others were to light. It jus depends on your body and what you can do.

Will the workout prints fade?

Not sure but loads of workouts on you tube to follow

Do they stay in shape ?i want resistance bands which won’t strech easily?do they stay hard to resist ?

These bands are great for a beginner I love them use the Heavy one for legs and light for arms. They do stretch easily sounds like you need a stronger band !

What are each band values in kg (not lbs) please ?

If you scroll down to product imagery it tells you both pounds and kg for each band
