So worth it!
I bought a refurbished (renewed) and I just love it! It is so much better than using my phone for games and videos! It is light weight. I bought the gold one and the color is beautiful! The quality is like new. The screen is excellent quality. It connected perfectly to the internet. I bought a screen protector and case. The vendor offered excellent and prompt customer service. I highly recommend!

I Won’t Buy New Again
After losing another iPad to water damage I went without one for several months. I decided to try a refurbished one because it was more budget friendly. I use my iPad for checking email, social media, and making zoom calls. This refurbished iPad is excellent for my needs. It arrived the next day and was in amazing condition. It had no scratches. The color is excellent.

iPad Arrived with cracked screen/$20 charge to return damaged iPad/vendor not responding
UPDATE(2): Chrome Source still not responding to my issues. I sent another message today. UPDATE: Chrome Source (third party vendor for Amazon) is not responding to my request regarding the shipping fee I was charged to return this iPad. The page with this iPad listed clearly states returns are free. I’ve sent them my UPS receipts and documentation. We had a similar situation with this vendor sending us an iPad that has not been reset and the prior owner was still logged into this iPad and had his personal info on there. It took me a month to get my refund. Chrome Source is a sketchy and unprofessional company with shady business practices. Arrived with cracked screen. Then I was charged $20 to ship back. WTF??? This was shipped back to them over a week ago and the system is showing we still need to print return label. What a nightmare to deal with this third party vendor!

Delivery was not good!
I received the item well and was satisfied with its condition and quality. However, the delivery did not arrive on the scheduled date and arrived later. Also, I was frustrated that the tracking of the shipment was not updated on time. I hope it will be delivered normally next time.
