Had code p0210 on my 2010 Jeep Patriot, new part arrived quickly, and fit properly. When replacing this part, also check your electrical grounding points, as they seem to also be problematic on the Patriot/Compass/Caliber platforms

Internal feed back switch not aligned correctly, resulting Codes P2017 and P2004
Bought this because of rough idle, 2017 jeep patriot 2.4, there was no check engine light or error codes .Within 10 miles of installing the new runner control valve the check engine light came on , my code reader showsP2017 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor / Switch Circuit High Bank 1P2004 "Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open Bank 1".so i tried again because it has to be turned slightly to align and is spring loaded , i had disconnected the battery for over an hour to so the PCM would possible re-learn and then cleared all Error codes.3 miles and Check engine came back on with the above codes.That's It for me ! I reinstalled the old runner control valve and after 100+ miles no check engine light.
