Part of the reason I had purchased this is it states in the description 8 wires, meaning that at this moment I could use the windings in series but when I get a higher current stepper driver I could use the windings in parallel for higher torque at high speeds. You can google the part number to find the "57HSxxd" data sheet, which I presumed to be these motors. However, they only have 4 wires and a resistance of 0.4 ohms, making me think that these should be rated for 5.7A at 311 Oz-in torque. The 4A rating is for the unipolar configuration, which only has 212 Oz-in of torque, and it should have a phase resistance of 0.8 ohms.Which motor is this and where is the data sheet???
