Absolutely amazing!! I got these for my Nan who’s suffered with dry MD but recently had a bleed behind her eyes and lost her sight completely! She said to me that she couldn’t see anything other than a bright blue. With these glasses she could see my face again and she was even happier that she could see Tom Jones on the tele! Before hand she could see nothing! Don’t get me wrong their not a cure all, her vision is still poor but something is better than nothing and these glasses really help! Very reasonable price too! I would have paid more just to see her smiling.

I purchased the MediView Low Vision Glasses for my brother, primarily to alleviate glare and eye strain. On that front, they genuinely deliver — the glare reduction is noticeable right away, especially outdoors or in bright indoor lighting. He’s been satisfied with the comfort and the overall viewing experience so far. As for macular degeneration support, it’s hard to say how much they help with the condition itself, but they do make day‑to‑day visibility a bit easier for him, which is already a win. The only drawback is the build quality. The side arms feel quite flimsy and could definitely use more robustness. For a product meant for daily use, a sturdier frame would inspire more confidence. That’s the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

My dad’s eyes deteriorated quite quickly so he loved these glasses. The arm came of glasses but company sent anew pair straight away. Great company to work with😃. Would highly recommend these glasses for anyone with sight problems. Dad found going outside sore on his eyes but these glasses sort that out. So this80 year old is so happy to still garden outside. Great product😍😍

Very disappointed as the lens itself is great, but the frames are very flimsey ‐ the hinges are all but ready to snap. The lensed wings on the arms are floating without being fully attached to the main frame, so fan in and out at odd angles straining the already week hinge I will have to return them as they are not durable for everyday use, so not worth £40+.

My poor 83 year old mum has macular degeneration which has worsened considerably since she had a stroke nearly 2 years back. Her sight has become increasingly poor and despite several trips to the Opticians no hope or solutions were offered. I decided to see if tgere was anything out there that might help, and came across these glasses. I bought them not holding out much hope. I gave them to mum today, she put them on, looked at me and said 'I can see you, not just an outline, I can see your face'! She is so happy, seriously not seen her this happy in ages! Obviously I can't recommend these highly enough, a long shoot worked out. Thank you Mediview.

it's just a piece of plastic for £49.99. doesn't do what it says it does. You can buy the same for 5 pound on Ebay

These are great. They are light enough that I can play golf in them, but they protect my eyes from the UV rays and the blue rays. My only complaint is that they’re a bit large, and sometimes they fall off.

Las compré para mi madre que sufre degeneración macular desde hace muchos años y está encantada con ellas, no sé las quita desde que se las puse, a ver, milagros no hace, la enfermedad no tiene cura, pero ella dice q ve mejor los colores y algo más nítido, a sus 84 años está encantada con ellas, las usa ranto en exterior como en interior. Buena compra

J'ai offert ces lunettes pour mon Papa qui a une dégénérescence maculaire. Il a adoré ce cadeau qui lui repose la vue, il ne force plus pour essayer de voir, il voit mieux maintenant certains détails, des formes comme la végétation dans le jardin. Il peut aussi maintenant regarder la télé, évidemment certains détails ne peuvent être vus mais il retrouve le gout de vivre avec son handicap. Il les porte du matin au soir. Ces lunettes il ne les plient jamais, il les posent le soir et les remets le matin sans les plier je précise, sauf qu'il y a 3 jours la branche droite est tombée sans raison. Est ce un défaut de fabrication ? J'ai de suite recommandé une autre paire de lunettes. J'espère pouvoir retourner celles dont vous voyez la photo.
