Great product but delivery time breached the given date, far too long and actually very expensive....why oh why did Waitrose stop supplying this similar product in their UK supermarkets?

Mmmmm Roesti!
This stuff is delicious - very like hash browns but not quite the same. Can't understand why it isn't more popular.Fry it up and then serve it with a side of baked beans for a quick and tasty meal.For something fancier, add a little cheese when you are frying it up, plus maybe some chunks of bacon or ham. Then serve with a fried egg on top. Heart attack heaven.
