Dr. MotionSolid Half-Cushion | Quarter Compression Socks For Women

These knocked my socks off! Dr. Motion really socked it to me!Okay, I'll stop with the puns. I was/am new to the world of compression socks so I wasn't sure what to get for my needs. It sure doesn't help that compression socks are kinda pricey and I'd hate to spend $20 on a pair and find out they aren't...a good fit...(okay, I'll stop for real this time). After seeing all the reviews, the price for a 6-pack, and the awesome prints, I decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. I am very happy with what came in. These socks are soft, vibrantly colored, and well put together. They don't have excessive strings like you see on the inside of some decorative socks and the seams throughout are strong and subtle. My biggest worry was similar to what most people seem to worry about with compression socks, which is how they would fit around larger calves. My calves are 16" and these socks could easily accommodate another 2-3". The top seam of these socks are phenomenal! It's a broad seam and very stretchy so I'm not getting that painful pinched area in the soft (not-so-muscular) top portion of my calves and at the same time these babies have neither ridden up nor slipped down!Now, I will say that these are pretty thin and don't offer a huge amount of support but that's because they are mild compression. They are perfect for when I am at home or sitting at my desk for periods of time. I do work in the medical field with long periods of time on my feet and tons of walking and quick direction changes, so I'm going to have to get a few pairs with a higher compression level for my longer days. I always love seeing as many real life photos of products, so I'm going to post as many as possible in order to help other cautious consumers like myself (I turned the black/blue striped sock inside out so you can see the seams and strings). I will absolutely be buying more of these socks.

There’s light compression so easy to get on and off without a struggle, feel great to wear, very comfortable, lighter feel than other tighter nylon compression socks, but still keep legs and feet warm in cooler weather. I wouldn’t wear these in the summer though, and bought these specifically for colder weather and they were great. They’re also very durable through multiple washings and keep their shape/fit, but wash on delicate and dry on low or air dry to keep their shape and they’ll last for years. My first set I had for five years before the foot part started to wear a little thin from rubbing inside my shoes all day. The colors I ordered were exactly what I wanted and typically hard to find in other sock brands. The foot part is a little extra cushiony in the heels and sole, an added plus since that’s the part that usually wears out first. Highly recommended!

These are super excellent and way more affordable than the ones they sell at medical supply stores or any other medical facility that sells them. Amazon is great for providing products that are affordable and for actually having the product you are looking for. These are like all compression socks, hard to get on. Once you do get them on, they feel great. Taking them off is a little bit easier, but still a trite bit of work, must have ability to be flexible enough to bend over and touch your toes with little or no effort. Me not so much. Great product though, I use the 15 compression its perfect for my need of poor circulation and varicose veins that become painful at times and cause poor circulation. They help swelling not occur and keep support on calves especially when walking or sitting a lot. Either way, if you have pain or swelling in your legs, these are a great value for the price and a great product for the cause. I highly recommend these before you spend a whole fortune at a medical supply store or a pharmacy that supplies them. They are just as good as the expensive ones and they come in a variety of colors and can be worn easily with your shoes.

These are comfortable, fit as described and stay put on your feet and calves. They're definitely not super-strength compression hose, but it appears those who are on their feet all day are finding them serviceable. I like the colors, and they're not thick or bulky (some compression socks are hugely thick). I am 5'6", and they cover part of my kneecap if I pull them all the way up. I'd like it if they came just under the kneecap, because they do create a small bulge at the top (whether pulled all the way up or folded over) if I wear them under leggings. However, they're perfect for hanging around the house and for wearing under other types of pants.

These are great! I have been having some swelling in my lower legs, ankles and feet and have been wearing some old compression socks that I had from a few years ago when I had surgery. But, they were SO tight at the top of my calves that they hurt me more than the swollen legs did. In fact, I took a pair of scissors and cut them a little at the top to make them bearable to wear until I could find something else. I worried that these would also be super tight at the top. I have fat calves and often have trouble finding socks, knee high hose, etc. that don't dig in. I took a chance after reading several reviews and ordered these and I love them! They are so comfortable that I can put them on in the morning and wear them comfortably all day long. Can't say that about the other ones I had been wearing. These are easy to put on, look just like regular knee high socks, don't dig in and keep me from having swelling. I will probably wear them even when I don't need compression socks just because they are so comfortable. Plus, the price was good compared to some of the other ones that I looked at on Amazon. I 100% recommend these.
