This plate supports 4 inch B-Vent chimney pipe between rafters. The first one I ordered (from a Different vendor) was missing the collar. This one was complete, exactly as described. Shipping was quick, part was new in mfg box. Fit and worked great.

Works as expected, little pricier than ordering it from HD, but prime shipping tipped the scale
