Anyone know the shelf life?

I got mine in August and it says it expires 8/15....so I guess about two years.

What is the best flavor?

I just tried a sample of the Lemon Lime mixed with water and apple juice at our local market. It was really good, light tasting and with no grass flavor at all. It's delicious.

Can I make it before bed to have it ready in the morning?

Hello IzzyRose, Our powders were generally formulated for immediate consumption after mixing. This minimizes the amount of oxidation which can degrade the products nutritional value. Hope this helps! Healthy Regards, Amazing Grass Team
