My wife turned her ankle and the damage was pretty severe. She was having to to ice it several times a day and we were running out of ice and this foot wrap was just the solution we were looking for. It arrived in one day and she was able to ice her ankle throughout the day without having to worry about running out of ice. Perfect fit for feet of all sizes and stays cold for longer than the standard ice pack; even re-freezes in no time at all. Worth the $$$.

The item appears divine, just what I needed for my swollen broken ankle. But it’s like trying on a size 8 shoe when I wear a size 11-12. This item is advertised with a delicate lady ankle, not the grisly old beast I’ve cultivated for many years. The item needs to be sized for men as well as women. It’s my fault for not looking closely to see if I could wear it. I returned it.

I noticed a difference in my swelling right away. I have Achilles Tendonitis and I wish I had this when I initially got it. It's comfortable and a great value, BUT, instructions would be nice in how to actually wrap it around your foot/ankle/leg!!! Still, no regrets getting it and it hit every area that was otherwise difficult to reach. This is similar to a fire extinguisher....something you need but wouldn't necessarily think to get it for yourself.

My foot was run over by a golf cart breaking my ankle and injuring the Achilles’ tendon. This does not ice the bottom of your foot but every part above, including the back of your heel and higher up on your leg. It has an ice pack (not gel) that lasts about 30-40 minutes, which is more time than advised by doctors. I use 1/2 of a paper towel when putting it on to keep it from being so cold in the beginning. There is a mesh liner to keep the ice pack inserted and in place and makes it’s so easy to put on. Since the ice pack can be stiff if I leave it flat in the freezer, I roll the whole wrap up with ice inserted so it’s easier to put on. I now use these whenever my foot hurts. I highly recommend this over the others. Be sure and look at the pictures of how to put this on! So easy. Remember that this does not ice any part of the bottom of your foot. The elastic Velcro straps only wrap around the bottom and stick on to the top.

Fits well, however, the coolant doesn't last as long before melting as previous models.

Took this on my vacation after breaking my ankle. The doctor said to keep foot iced down each night. I was able to put the insert of ice that goes around your ankle in a cooler for traveling. Was able to put it in the motel room fridge to freeze over night. It fits right into the outer cover. The outer cover can take a bit of adjustment if your foot is small but all and all worked well. Glad I invested in it.

2 rectangular ice packs or a bag of peas work ton better than this poorly designed product I was really optimistic about this purchases, especially based on the reviews, but have been very disappointed. The design makes no sense. It doesn't conform to your foot well – the cells of the ice pack don't actually make contact with much of the ankle (i.g. it doesn't actually touch the achilles' tendon, just the calf and heel). It's not large enough - I'm not a big person but it doesn't actually wrap all the way around my ankle. The straps make no sense - for this to even partially work, I have to wrap it in an ace bandage.

I have had the Pro Ice ankle wrap for many years. I had a few cells broken so I purchased this new one. The new one comes up higher on the leg and really provides more coverage. The elastic straps provide good compression. Overall, this is a great product that is a must for people that are prone to sprained ankles!!

Excellent product although I found the end fit didnt look exactly like the picture suggests but did the job.

One Velcro strap is completely in the wrong place & it’s a one size but too small for a swollen ankle & an ice pack. So another waste of money VERY DISAPPOINTED.
